    These videos are basically a free kinesiology college course. So much information that’s hockey specific. This is awesome.

    Hey hockey training! How many sets and reps do I have to do in order to become a better hockey player with these exercises?

    • @hockeytraining
      @hockeytraining  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      This varies dramatically from phase to phase which is why we didn't have any set/rep prescriptions. If you want to see how we use these within the different phases of the off-season, check out our programs over at www.hockeytraining.com/programs or on our app over at www.hockeytraining.tv 💪

    Nice video, can you make a updated video about tryout preperation?

      We'll add it to the list! In the meantime, both of these videos are still completely relevant today:

    hello, Dan and Kevin! could you say, how often does this exercises use per week? in which phase of OF season does it do? please, thank's a lot, stay healthy.

      They would be performed within some variation across every phase of a bodyweight-only off-season, and upper body is something you're going to want to hit 1-2x per week 👍

    Love the video, you should do a video on a weekly workout chart for teenagers.

      A weekly training split is a great idea for a video! Thanks. If it helps, here's how I break down the monthly phases too: th-cam.com/video/uEo8DMZC-ko/w-d-xo.html&t=

    I notice that some people do push-ups different way. There’s the one where you have your arms more behind where another one you have your arms more in front of you. Which would be the proper way

    • @hockeytraining
      @hockeytraining  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      If it's a traditional push up you're referring to then you wouldn't want your arms in front of you. However, I would say one is "proper" over the other as they are likely just different variations to target different muscle groups more effectively.
