Would love to see more of these videos and would love it if you guys were to offer on-ice training programs in addition to all of off-ice training programs you already have.
so good. no wonder the modern game is what it is. incredible technical practice. those old guys who say 'hockey ain't what it used to be', just aren't paying attention. hockey is twice the game it used to be or more.
Thank you so much hockey training for heart and I always love going on the hockey training app and doing your training it has made me such a better hockey player 🏒🥅
Hello!tell me what profile / radius and sharpening of skates (for example 20...29 mm) must be in order to perform the exercises correctly? I am now using a factory profile and a sharpening of 29 mm and, depending on the quality of the ice, it sometimes drifts into a skid, the skates cling to the ice badly.
I can’t seem to get my inside leg snap shot’s weight transfer off because I keep losing my balance. What recommendations would you have? Am I doing something wrong?
Hockey players having their eyes up when stick handling is a myth. When they're doing any stick handling except basically just skating in space with it, they're looking at the puck. How are you going to stick handle around things if you're not looking at the things you're stick handling around?
Agreed! Learning how to stickhandle with your head up is extremely important when you're unopposed. But once you are making a move on a defender, you will, of course, need to look down.
@@hockeytraining Sorry I must have misunderstood what you meant in the video then. I generally like your content by the way. It's much better than most I see on TH-cam.
its crazy how good these guys' skating is! Steve looks like an awesome coach!
These guys are good, but you can clearly see how coach's technique is just on another level
He just does this tho - so he should be good at it.

I’m contemplating subscribing to iTraingHockey for the on ice stuff.
I've considered iTrain or Train 2.0 for on ice as well. Haven't made up my mind yet though
Props to the camera person for the stable vid

Great drills. Great seeing them go full speed at some of these. Really shows the skill level.
Very few videos in my feed are must watch these days, anything with Steve makes the cut!
Man 1 year since any post. Really missing these!
Hopefully we can put together another video soon!
Amazing video! I love this format. Please keep them coming!
Steve's skating is at another level
What a luxury it is to be able to train like that. The coaching today is phenomenal.
Tricky stuff - great drills for development!
Give us a video where we get to see Steve tear up his beer league.
Pls start uploading again
8:45-9:00 really shows how good these guys are
These guys are really good
Super nice exercises.
great coach!
You can hear the difference between a bad hollow on the coaches skate vs the efficient one on the players

Let's give some credits to the cameraman!
Is Steve saying "contour" or "control"?
Control.

Have you worked on your ankle stability at all? Ankle, hips, core play a role. Check out Hockey Training TV
nice: thanks for sharing
I would love to see a bad player train then become a good player. That would prove your training to be effective.
The guy from the AHL is a very smooth skater. I don’t here his blades at all.
Gostaria de aprender esse esporte e viver nos Estados Unidos
I need that drill note book!!! lol
This instructor must have 1000 tricks in his bag. Everything is executed so fast I barely have time to register some (more complex) instructions.
Nicee!🔥
It is good👍
