I played through the seed. A crawl space appeared in the very top left and had Bird's Eye in it. No idea why it disappeared for you. Exiting the room must have done something. Posted a screenshot on Sin's Reddit as proof.

@sin What happened at 21:10 was the crawl space spawned, you left the room, and the crawl space despawned due to the trap door in the boss room being opened. Crawl spaces will remain permanent as long they're opened/discovered prior to the boss being beaten or if you've beaten the boss and have not entered the room with a crawl space. This has happened before where you found an unopen crawl space but because you did have any bombs you left the room, proceeded to beat the boss, found a bomb, and came back to find out that the crawl space had despawned.
I love how sin was talking about voodoo head and how he doesn’t like losing the hp and then immediately goes into a cursed room and comes back out with 3 extra hearts ❤
Also theres the choice of not going in the cursed rooms everytime. You get guppy or a chance of, than you can skip.

Over the course of the second run you would have gotten guppy strictly from curse rooms. This is something that I've found makes getting guppy easier on most of my runs. If youre running a red heart build then the health cst is almost negligible
QOTD: As someone who has spent an ungodly amount of time thinking and talking about TBOI, do you have any ideas for a new alt-path? Stuff like theme, bosses, puzzles, events, new boss-specific items (think knife-pieces, negative, etc) etc, that would be compelling enough to make you actually want to go down that path, as opposed to the current alt-path.
He's already said, make the item room always have 2 items, no blind, and not a choice, and he will go alt path every time

Crawl space sometimes "disapears" if not opened after finding out with dog tooth and leaving the room. Probably a bug. Had it happened to me few times. If i remember corectly, it would stil generated there if you had glowing hourglass and reentered room for the "first" time, replayed the seed or restarted the level by closing game without saving.
I did not know that the golden no trinket prevented quality 1 items from spawning in.

Starting stats are fine besides the tear rate, but we fixed that quickly with Divorce Papers. Dog Tooth is a fine item, providing a small damage buff, while also helping to locate Secret/Super Secret Rooms. Crack the Sky is amazing as always, and starting with it is super awesome for us. Floor 1/2 Curse of the Labyrinth didn't stop us from locking into Devil Deals with Lil' Brimstone, and we followed that up on the next Devil Deal with freakin' Mom's Knife. A weapon like that lets the mid game fly by, and despite a SECOND Curse of the Labyrinth, we saw lots of Devil Deals (even succeeding on a 33% chance MULTIPLE times), and our stats came in just fine. Money = Power gave us a huge damage boost thanks to having 99 cents on hand, and Gimpy's Soul heart generation gave us what we needed to skip Womb 2 and Sheol. Crack the Sky + The Battery took down the Lamb without issue, and we headed down for a Victory Lap!
Said Victory Lap gave us some goodies like Lusty Blood and Black Candle, as well as finally giving us the Guppy Transformation before dumping freakin' Sacred Heart onto us in the Sacrifice Room. Between the scaling of Mom's Knife with that kind of damage, and the synergy of Guppy + Hive Mind, we're looking at a damn good run here. We absolutely slaughtered every boss leading up to and including the Beast - who we disrespected by sitting on her and tanking her damage.
There ya have it! Sacred Heart and Mom's Knife, that looks good on Jasonator53's Repentance Eden Run Dunk Rating. I'd say there's a bit of a hiccup with the amount of XL floors we had, but we also got a TON of Devil Deals as I was saying before, defying the usual Sinvicta Luck. I'd say those cancel out. As is this run looks juicy, and I'm calling it a 9.

Hey i got a challenge! With Da Rules mod and Apollyon, start with Birthright and 9 volt, 4.5 volt, Jumper cables, The Battery and Habit! You cant pick up any items except shop items, devil deal items and ofc those that spawn from Void 😀Its hard without being able to pick up health ups but oh how fun it can become 🤣
Yea the last run was insane. By far some of the best Isaac playing I have seen out of ya in a bit.

I like that cain idea with able, maybe to keep some of the identity of traditional tainted cain you can turn cains passive on n off like how Sin has said before in the past. but every 3rd taken passive item will go to able. cain has crafting to help him out if you need to make more items.

Sin, that was exactly what I saw when I took the picture for the post! The head was a little more defined with the horns and the jaw was not broken up
I've seen the crawl space thing happen twice before to Sin. One with Yo Listen!, and another run where he had both Yo Listen! and Dog Tooth. I don't know the trigger that made the crawl space disappear, but I do know that they both disappeared after sin defeated the boss and tried to come back to the room.

After watching you for some time I just want to say thank you. I play Isaac (on and off) for around 13 Years (Flash Isaac included).
I feel so much joy watching this childhood game while my break at work or just chilling with my fiancé. Your vids are just amazing and I am thankful that you upload them on TH-cam because of the time-zone differences between Germany and USA. I know i could watch the Twitchvods, but actually that would make me mad not the be able to talk with the Moshpit.

Voodoo head is very very good if you can go into secret rooms and does nothing if you are not able. If you can barely afford to go in, it has a decent chance of gaining you HP still.
If you haven't seen yesterday's greed run, it's a must. Brutal round

For Cain and able Idea, you have to find able on the level. If you find and kill him quickly enough, you get a permit stat up. He can't attack you, but he's tanky, fast, and runs from room to room. And if you can't kill him in a given time he escapes
A great upgrade to abel would be if you use the sacrificial alter you gain the mark of cain which drops your range but increases damage
Now I really want to see Sinvicta suffer through a Greedier run with Bum Friend.

Potential tainted cain idea . Have abel as an incubus like follower that can act independently that you can sacrifice once per floor for a devil deal item. Sac in a devil deal grants extra item . Angel deal gives 2 hp containers
I was watching the greed run with the coin begger start and it reminded me of a stonking run I had with super bum (I had key,dark and coin bum) where I'd gotten phDizzle and pill mimic and pill baby, where I literally maxed out my stats with pills, and I was gulping all the good trinkets I could get from chests super bum kept giving me (I also had humbling bundeder too which balled out of control).
What was hillarious was I had curse of the tower but I swallowed safety scissors so it was like free bomba's everytime I got hit, I also had bought a tonne of items from the shop since I'd gotten restock and a 2 of diamonds card with the card mimic item on previous floor so I was absolutely stacked.
I did like 3 or 4 victory laps as I was having so much fun (I had so many followers with duct tape and the jacobs ladder trinket for familiars) which I was onsta dunking most bosses from that alone (ontop of guppy flies, infestation, juicy sack, bff etc).
Wish I'd of saved it as it was probably the most put of control run I'd ever had!

Better idea for Cain (maybe): 1/2 (or 2/3) stat (at least damage) multiplier for Cain and Abel (both have same stats, with Abel being a version of the lost that can’t take damage) (Abel moves/works in the same way as Abel)

Question of the episode - what do you think is the most useful trinket that isnt a stat up like curved horn or cancer and if you could make a custom trinket what would it do?
Btw I came up with an idea for a gamemode to add, itd be greediest, itd be greedier but you can only obtain money from wooden nickle, and at end when you kill golden greed a door at top of the room will open leading to a diamond greed which will be harder to kill. To unlock greediest would be by having at least 50 coins at end of a greedier run and go into chest with it to show your true greed o.o

Question of the Episode: Do you think that TM trainer compares to the D4 when you have a bad run?
Given how these TM trainer runs have been going thus far, it seems that it may have a place in saving an already flagging run. Like the D4 can also create kill yourself combinations, but most the time both are seemingly side grades or improvements to just an underpowered struggle run.

Sin, WTH are you talking about betting 4 HP to check curse rooms? It takes one to get in, one to get out on a victory lap. Yeah, there's 2 curse rooms, adding the total cost to 4 HP, but you literally made it out of both with an HP surplus. I'm not a big fan of VooDoo Head, but even I can see that's profit.
EDIT, not to mention seeing around 4-5 Guppy items even though you already had Guppy.
