Wow jeez what an insanely satisfying rigged run as Tainted Isaac, Polyphemus, Brimstone, Cricket's Head, Ipecac, Infestation 2, Magic Mushroom, Cricket's Body, Almond Milk, Glitched Crown, Inner Eye, Host Hat, Parasite. Binding of Isaac: Rebirth was great, Afterbirth was cool Afterbirth+ was lie, eh, it's okay, and then Repentance came and was like BAM this is the best DLC EVER. BIG C Section Brimstone Tech X fetuses' with ghost pepper synergies have so much potential. Add Soy Milk and Rock Bottom for a free win. Those items would be so OP together. The greatest synergy of all time. First floor is Ultra Hard, boss rush can be hard to get to. Good thing mom's knife didn't show up because that wouldn't have been fun. Even though I would of liked that item. I also like, Death Certificate, Damocles, Crickets Head, Rock bottom, Magic Mushroom and Godhead. Psy Fly, Revelation, Twisted Pair, D6 or Spindown Dice would be a cool synergy to have. Edmund Mcmillen created Super Meat Boy and I think he is a angel room enjoyer. Though Devil rooms can be Isaac Pog too, sometimes its a missed rare opportunity 0.1%. Sometimes when I get C section or Glitched Crown I laugh at my free win. Polyphemus Crickets Body Proptosis soy milk Sacred Heart + Holy Light and +10 Luck from perfection is my favorite combo. Need me some Lavencas Luck. When I get dead eye incubus R key Red key mega mush spirit sword and brimstone with ipecac it feels like a won run especially with monstros lung and tech X. I love playing the lost and tainted lost, and rerolling is always fun. I also love planetarium items. The Binding of Isaac Repentance is a pretty hard game but I enjoy it, fighting Hush Delirium Mega Satan The Beast and Mother are all fun. I love synergies and bad items. This is 1,000,000% swear on dead gods name that this description isn't only for keywords. Anyways, GG's

The problem with the dollar is that you can only get it 2 ways, a lucky payout through a slot machine which is so slow and underwhelming I never bother, or the reverse fool card with deep pockets, which means you already had 100 coins.

@@nerbulent yea that's fair, personally I just don't think i've ever used remote detonator, but I have found some clutch uses for 10 bombs
R key is like the D6 except (most of) the items you reroll grant you their benefit and are taken away from the item pool forever when you "reroll" them. Both items "suffer" from the "problem" of picking them up late where you've already won, but runs where you're running out of steam will only be saved by the R key and very likely not D6. R key is def higher than D6
Man, remember when Trisagion was added to the game and it was shunned as the "Angel Room Cheap Brimstone Knock-off"? My boy Tri has come a long way.

spoon bender should be lowest item in s tier if you ask me homing is genuinely the most insane tear effect to exist in the game synergizes with everything

I couldn't quite rank Ipecac better than the fetuses. Ipecac is a good item, but it doesn't like synergies much. Once you start getting multishot or fast tear delay it becomes extremely dangerous. Definitely don't recommend Ipecac for Lost (or TLost) runs. The vast majority of the mobs charge you head on. Even if you're super careful with your shot placements, it's only a matter of time before mantle gets hit and then they run into you and kill you.
Edit: It does like synergies, but basically every synergy for Ipecac is going to require you to either have explosive immunity or some way of mitigating the self damage.
At first I was like, "Yeah this guy is neat." But then the Hushy clip turned it into "Yeah this guy is cool".
Do a tier list for every enemy in the game. including henry.

as someone who had a tainted isaac run with holy light, trisagion and telekensis for dummys book can confirm Quality 4. carried my damage during delirium and made the fight last for about 5 seconds.

actually another great video, btw one of the most broken and sub estimated items is broken modem, te huge amount of games who this item carry by himself has no sense. lag is my favorite defensive item.

Dr. Fetus is so good because it has so many broken synergies. I got an insane run where I started with pyromaniac and a curse room with curse of the tower. Fast forward to floor 3 where I got Dr. Fetus and made it a goated run

The thing with all the items in this game is you can have a different opinion on the same item depending on the situation you’re in, or the character you’re using. Like if you find the Soul Converter for example. Great mostly, but completely useless as Blue Baby.

yeah but bobs brain sucks, it's not infinite bombs cus it only explodes on enemies, it doesn't synergize, and it griefs you in a sense that you usually focus on your tears and don't expect bobs brain spawning and it explodes in your face while dr fetus you always know when and where you're gonna shoot, C isn't a bad tier it's just kinda meh
