Great review. Your love of the game really shines through. I’m a huge fan of FTZ and it’s such a shame the last KS debacle will probably rob us of any more content.
You need to rectify that. This game is great. I have every expansion for it, and it's modular enough that you can plug in any monsters you want to change up the missions.
I like Gears of War, but eventually got rid of it as I just didn't play it, so after it went out of print I thought I could pass it on to someone who would get some enjoyment out of it rather than leaving it on a shelf gathering dust. I actually see things the other way round to you, as for me Fireteam Zero took the good concepts of cards as health and cooperative team play, and then jettisoned the bits that were clunky and took too long, like setting up the map for each game and creating AI decks. I also prefer Fireteam's theme. Both are good games in my mind, and I think there's an argument for having both in a games collection though. Thanks for watching.
Absolutely. This was my most played game the year it came out. It's really quick to set up and play, and short enough to get in multiple games in an evening.
I bought the game recently based on this review. It didn't disappoint. Smitten and immediately sourced the expansions. Great review!
That's awesome. I'm glad the review was helpful and you ended up enjoying the game.
Nice video and narration! 🎉
Thanks.

Thanks for watching. It really is a shame about the Kickstarter problems, because this really is a great game.
I have this game also and one of the expansions, but I actually have never opened it yet.

I always thought FTZ took the best bits of Gears of War (one of my fav games) and threw them out and kept the bad bits.
