Could you breakdown the numbers? You said the Zillow was $115,000. $115,000 x.70= $80,5000. The agent said the repairs were around 20k. $80,500 -20k =$60,500. Can you go over how you came up with your offer price for this one?

I’m assuming the process would be the same in many ways. These deals vary btwn making $10k-$30k in profit a month or more. Investors want to buy an established eComm store bc it’s instant cash flow next day and can scale it to resell later. Anyhow… I’m hoping to do what you’re doing, but for businesses. I’m considering using maybe your agreements contracts… may edit it a bit. Just need to find a lawyer to help w closing/escrow

But with designated agency, it is two realtors, even though theyre both under the same broker, so wont each agent want their full commmission? Why would the "buyers agent" agree to split his commission with the listing agent?
