I do live in Central Florida which would be a good market for wholesaling. Always looking for areas that are hot enough markets to where can get good comps. So far earnest money is biggest draw back so far. Could maybe look to JV with someone with more experience in the future. Also looking for depressed properties in areas that buyers will want to buy in not rough areas. So far properties that are older than 1950 that are two stories are hard to comp.
