I practice Mindfulness everyday. The challenge is to put it into practice in our everyday life.
Even though I engage in formal practice daily. I still unfortunately have periods of depression. I have had this a lot of my life but I truly think Midfulness is very important as a useful tool. Will always do it.
The befriending of ourselves is the challenge. Thank you so much.

Prof Kuyken is such a generous soul. We are delighted (and grateful) to welcome him back to the Manchester Mindfulness Festival next month!

I was so sorry to miss the session, because I wasn’t allowed to enter the evening zoom session although I had registered. There must have been a problem

Mindfulness meditation did not work for me? What on earth does that mean? How can it not work? Meditation is just being, there is nothing to do or "work". Maybe the guy means the set up of a formal situation did not work for him? Many people find this, especially in groups because they feel self conscious. Mindfulness is merely finding reality under the illusion of the matter hologram. I am looking forward to prof. Kukens talks starting on Tuesday.
