Watched this after hearing Johnson is retiring at the end of 2020. Got a little tear in my eye at the ending. Seen Jimmie win 5 times at TMS and all 7 championships. This man is a living legend. Can't wait to see him in 2020.

Its because they pre recorded it, the video wouldve been the same no matter who won, the only difference wouldve been who jumps in the pool

NASCAR and the producers were in a bind. There were only three days between the race and the Thanksgiving holiday, and the video need to be ready in time for the prizegiving events a week later. The film makers didn't have time to write an entire script for the quick deadlines.
