I'm not looking for absolute numbers I'm just curious, there seems to be so many people working in a machine shop or a garage and I can't see how they can make money with that much staff. Не понял как будет выполнять работу поршень на компрессию, странная конструкция. На 55мин. прикрутили две сквозные "решётки"........ ? Где камера сгорания ? , в поршне ?
когда он напильником фаски снимал с канавок ,я все думал: прихватит его кулачком патрона за рукав майки?затянет в станок или просто майку порвёт?

Ну так их под миллиард. И на этот станок желающих работать - очередь. Плевать там работодателям на каски, перчатки, очки, ботинки и тд. Самая простая стандартная летне-зимняя экипировка наших рабочих Сибура стоит больше, чем в Пакистане зарплата слесарей за 18 месяцев.
И это... Там в семье в среднем 4-5 детей. У этого бедолаги в среднем есть 2 брата и столько же сестер. А у Вас? У меня только одна сестра.

Cast iron is such a unique material to work with I wish they had more small iron foundries in the US.
Commercial cast iron bar stock is so incredibly expensive I have to scrounge old machinery in order to get the material...
We need to bring this guy over here. The old guard are retiring and less and less people are learning the old machines. I am starting a machine shop that uses all 1700's and 1800's machines powered by steam and run by belts.Yesterday's machines with tomorrow's modern results.

they are more expert then you could ever possibly be jack, almost primative tools creating pistons by hand, jack i must say jealousy and envy are not good for your health

I wonder if they even know of carbide inserts? I've seen plenty of these videos and not once have I seen insert tooling other than HSS. Plus the flip flops working with molten metal? These people are insane!
I'm not an expert, but carbide bits seem to be extravagant and inefficient for working aluminum.

But Richard, this is a Grasso piston for compressing Grasso. Don't you know that the piston expansion while compressing Grasso is equal? Therefore it makes little difference. 😁

@@janvisser2223 I saw comparable compressors, even bigger, at Philips Hilversum the central power plant. Slow speed, minor noise, no vibration ans a lot of air.

будучи курсантом мореходного училища проходил практику на судоремонтном заводе. бывал и в литейном цеху, видел как обрабатывают отливки на дробеструйной установке для снятия литейной корки. иначе в мехцехе резцов не хватит. здесь этот процэс исключён. или резцы супер, или отливки дерьмо?
Скорей всего второй вариант. Так как вряд-ли у них сплавы высокого качества и проходят лабораторные анализы
