I get that this hasn't been the easiest build for you - and I feel the frustration of things not going to plan.
But from the perspective of a viewer, I super dont mind that these builds are multi-video, and often take long! Though we clown on you for taking ages, it actually is super exciting to see the process.

Oh my god, Phil's editing is straight up porn for us nerds, love it. The build and bends are incredible, the only thing I probably would do is a cutout in the PSU shroud to have the PCI cables go straight down instead of down and to the right to be able to go into the back. Incredible build as always Jason, really hope this build will actually be used and seen in many videos to come.

I am doing a similar-ish build, but using the 60mm thick radiators, black everything, no RGB, and soft tubing. All EKWB for everything. Its an "all go, no show" build.
The biggest thing that I am doing different is I have my pump/res very low, mounted to a custom plexi piece to the side fan bracket, between the power supply shroud and the front rad, and rotated 90 degrees so the tubes won't interfere with anything. Even with the 60mm radiator, I still have 350mm of space for the GPU.

UV led near the front of the case and the resevior to give the corners of the tubing and the res a tiny bit of light shading/pop, but thats only a suggestion to play with. Great build Jay, it looks fantastic. . . . but I have to say, why didn't you use the vertical graphics card mount closest to the side panel (the one that would take a double slot card), I'm sure that would have cleared the pump and would have actually given you more space between the graphics card and pump as it mounts the card closer to the rear of the case. I thought because you're only going single card this time (first time ever) it'd be the ideal time to do a vertical graphics card mount. . . .

12:30 FYI Jay PMMA is the same thing as Acryllic, it stands for Poly Methyl Methacrylate. So it should be the same as any other acrylic, barring any special blend Corsair might be using. Not sure why they don't just call it acrylic, but I'd bet it's for marketing to confuse people lol.
Fantastic video series! Love seeing the progress bit by bit :)

I had a similar rebuild project with my old rig - In november I replaced my trusty (32GB FX8350, GTX1070) old rig with a monster new rig, and the old one just sat gathering dust.
Bought a new case for it, a new cooler, reformatted, transferred it over, I've given the old girl a second lease of life and she looks great.
The shininess took a hit a few days ago when after 5 years of faithful service, the 1070 finally died :-(.

I think I might flip the front rad so that the inlet/outlet aren't at the high point of the loop. I'd also reconfigure the order so that instead of the flow from the reservoir going GPU -> CPU -> RAD -> RAD it would go to the GPU -> Top rad -> CPU -> Front Rad. I might have also stuck a hard valve in the bottom section with a cap so that I could easily connect a hose and drain the system from the low point.
I doubt that any of those tweaks would be in any way consequential - this a really beautiful build. Great work!!

I love watching these builds, even though I'm never going to do one like this myself because I simply lack the patience needed to get those bends done perfectly, I allready spend way too much time on cablemanagement because I like my builds to look as clean as possible and thats way easier with air cooled systems.
