I really like that the fact that your system is modular with redundancy .... You're the solar redundancy king! For something like an outbuilding or storage shed this makes complete sense .... It also makes complete sense to do what you've done and dedicate a small system to a larger appliance like a fridge/freezer. I'm working on building an offgrid cabin and your set up would work awesome for that.

That 48v battery I have running the 20 cu.ft. refrigerator/freezer does so good I can't believe it. Cycling in the sweet spot day after day even in less than ideal sunny days sometimes. Even running the air fryer on same system a little everyday to..no problems. Aloha!🤙

nice up date on inverters . I have RV's come threw with Power queen and REDODO charge controllers and inverters and they working great . lots of LifePo4 battery's. many got them on black Friday sail last year. I have a 30 year old plus inverter that still works. not sign wave . still works well. my back up. it's Tripp-lite been around many many years. I do have one of their newer models. 24V 2 KW with GFI on inverter and that pure sign wave. they still make them. Them Victron inverters and rest of Victron products are super. the RV people love them. the Bluetooth app is a big hit. all on your phone . it just works . easy set up . just have to keep networks separate if have more than 1 Victron set up. they just want to talk to each outher very well . some times you don't want them talking. separate battery system. good to see many good products out their now.

Hey Robert... Been seeing you play around with some cool new gadgets... But, I'm still appreciative that you continue to update us on the process of the other systems you've built... Those Victrons had me sold from jump, and my system is truckin' along Strong, and tough... Keep em' coming brother...

I have the same 3000-watt Reliable Inverter. The only difference is I added a MOSFET upgrade. Since I did the upgrade I haven't really noticed any improvement. I also added a power strip to the hardwire connection so I can run more AC if I need to.

The geek in me loves seeing all of these different batteries and inverters, running designated loads. If any one thing fails, it's like just a mild inconvenience that is fairly easy to diagnose and resolve. The pragmatist in me, however, wonders if it's worth the extra cost and complexity to have a much larger, whole-house solution. If money was no object and you had it to do all over again, would you go with one or two of the really large 48v inverters and a single battery bank, wired into a service panel to power all of your loads with that single system?

What would you guess your idle consumption is on the 2kw and 3kw Reliable inverters? They’re so popular that they’ve probably sold tens of thousands and you don’t see too many issues.
My guess would be your 600W failed and your larger units haven’t because you run your bigger inverters at 50% and the 600W was probably doing a bit more? Or is the 375VA Phoenix a pretty good reflection of the load that system sees?
I know the one major selling point of the Phoenix is their voltage range. I think the 12V is something like 9V to 17V so it can do 3S and 4S 3.6/3.7V lithium ion and capture nearly the entire range except the very bottom 10% or 20% of a 3S NMC/NCA battery.
Obviously the price of those Phoenix inverters is tough to stomach. You can get triple the power for the same price from Reliable and their 1kw to 3kw lineup seems pretty solid. David Poz had issues with some of the BIG Reliable units and I’ve heard others having issues with the small ones.
    Tldr:
If you buy something like a Reliable run it at 50% (75% max if it’s only occasionally cycling to that level) and add another solar panel to deal with the increased idle consumption.
If you cough up the money for a Phoenix or a small MultiPlus you can run them at 75% to 80% most of the time and you’ll also get more efficiency all the way around.
    < 2kw 12V is fine.
1.5kw to 3kw 24V makes more sense when
And as for MPPT…just buy the Victron that suits your array. I’m cheap but even I recognise that it’s pointless to buy any other brands MPPT. That’s the last component I’d want to troubleshoot in my system.
