It was sad, but I found it very interesting. I am Diana's age and have 2 sons. August 31, 1997 was a very sad day. The show actually portrayed Diana and Charles in a better light. Diana seems very sensible. 🙏🏼❤️ I hope and pray William and Harry will reconcile.
Its hard to say what Diana was thinking, she was so fickle. I dont think she wanted a serious relationship iwht Dodi, but perhaps she did consider marriage@@voices_vary
@@glen7318, Yes, she was 19 when she married into a complex family. I don't think she actually matured much over the next 15 years, I think her immaturity just became more sophisticated.
I really they would end on the queens death maybe do a two hour movie about her final days, just seems odd to leave it open ended after so many years on her life.
Idk I don’t think it was necessary or even entertaining that they put so much detail into Dianna’s final moments… I think it would have been better if they kept that part more vague.
Well its not a biographical series lol so they have to add fillers on to pretend on what may happen and not sure if you know but majority of us was waiting to see how Diana last chapter would of been and they capture it beautifully and tastefully. They didn't rush it and they didn't add anything that would make one think this should not been included. But critics and yourself might say otherwise which is perfectly fine.
Idk. Doesn’t it make sense to do the show all the way up to her death. To bring it full circle and up to where we are now? It just feels like a cop out to stop before the completion of her reign and the passing on to the next. It makes way more sense to me
Not sure why so many hated this season and season 5 lol not sure what everyone was expecting, its call The Crown which is about Queen Elizabeth not Princess Diana they did the best they could and to me it was done very well.
I felt it was sad & pathetic of the Queen to mourn the Britannia decommissioning, but show no remorse, compassion or any emotions for Diana’s death. A human being who was apart of your family has just been killed in a horrific accident & the Queen, who calls herself “a Christian”, has more emotions about a ship. Very sad, makes me feel angry toward the Queen & their family.
The Queen cried in public only twice (at that point in her life at least); once at her sister's funeral and the other time at the decommissioning of the Royal Yacht Brittania. When you sell, or lose a home for whatever reason, and have to say that final.goodbye and walk away, it can be very difficult and terribly upsetting. Depending on how much one felt about it over their lifetime.
When they had Princess Diana speak with Queen Elizabeth and Pince Andrew was very interesting and didn't expect it somehow it put some closure, but The Crown is a wonderful series.

I won't be ready to say goodbye to this show next month, it's one of my favourite shows of recent years.

I’m William’s age. I was rather ambivalent towards Diana, but a boy the same age as me had just lost his mom. That hit the hardest for me.
Diana and Dodi knew each other for ONE MONTH! It is absolutely believable that they were not even close to marriage.
of course they were not likely to marry but Dodi was under orders to woo Diana and persuade her to marry him
@@glen7318 Yes, that was clear. From her standpoint, she was in a flirtation and escape from her haunted reality.

Gawd I wish they'd relent and do a seventh season with Mexit and the queen's death. They have the perfect ending and they're refusing to run with it!
Messy me me me meghan markle, ugh 😒
It's a weird place to stop and the show has lost its focus of the Crown. Also episode 4 was bizarre.

Very good,I think they have done a great job on the entire series
Totally unrelated, but I hope you do a video for A Murder at the End of the World!
Hahaha. I was looking to see if he covered that show too!!
Are you going to do a video on Scott pilgrim take off?
It ,should go on to when Williams met Katie.
Wait the Queen is umbridge from Harry Potter 😮
I had trouble with that at times, loved the series however🇺🇸
I’m angry this show is ending, I haven’t cried like that in quite a while. Hoping they pick it up again down the road one day!

The Crown is not about Queen Elizabeth the Second, its about the Crown, the Crown is greater than anyone who wears it
Scott Pilgrim vs The world vs it's anime counterpart
It’s time to let things go now.

i think as it is called "the crown", it is about the whole Concept of the royal Family.
Because it's about real people and historical events and they invented so much...them having conversations with their ghosts was insane

Diana wasn't part of the RF and the queen was probalby shocked and saddened by herr death but mostly concerned with her 2 grandson

I swear this show made me hate the royals
Why do we need an explanation - The Crown producers never explained the reasons behind all the other rubbish they tried to feed us!
