I did my disk came in yesterday I ordered the cover today I’ll cook this weekend. Thanks for sharing

How do you use the southwest discada out of the box for the first time? Do you need to wash it with soap & water or just put on heat and apply thin coat of oil
Wash it with soap and water heat up and add a little oil and start cooking
