QianLi PC app and iCopy Firmware: www.qianli.cn/en/download
If you are using a Mac that is running macOS you will need to either Boot Camp you Mac using the built in app or run a virtual machine like use Parallels, Virtualbox out VMware. Ensure that it is Windows 7 or later.
