You can get the tome from the bookcase in your POH after having read it once. Also you can skip the whole dungeon with a ring of slaying even before finishing the miniquest, just like said you gotta fight the boss.
1:41 you can also get that book from you POH bookcase, or from the lorehound pet after getting the T3 perk "fetch" (which lets you get a book from your POH bookcase at any bank)
For dungeoneering dailies you can also complete any elite dungeon. Normally this wouldn't be advised since they can take upwarda of about 40 minutes, but if you've done a run of ED4 you can just teleport to the end and beat down Zamorak in about 7 or 8 minutes sub 100% enrage, get the completion credit for you dungeoneering task, and possibly get some good loot in the process.
if you wait for only a few sec left on the clock in the Premier Vault then pick the Giant chest in the middle, it wont kick you out until you finish the lock picking and get the treasure
The Midday filter was the best tip imo. I've always wondered why my game looks different from these RS TH-camrs I see and never knew why or bothered to find out. Been playing on and off for 17+ years and now I finally know lol
Lol people are just now realizing how op that load last preset is.... Many ways to use it. 1-tick make glass for 30mhr gp and 1mhr crafting and 700k hr mage. Or bones to banana's you can do 160k bones to banana's per hours.... I wont list them all but just look in the spell books for more idea's.... I figured this out 3 mins after the update lol xD
@@GeorgeAlexanderTrebek it can range from feeling very dated to timeless and a lot of the sketches are not PC by modern standards but all together a very sweet and mostly kindhearted comedy show. I’d recommend it. 👍

Something to keep in mind when using brighter skyboxes for visibility, it can make it hard to distinguish certain light effects which can cause problems if you need to be able to see them. It's not a big enough problem to dissuade you from using it, but just something to keep in mind. Especially for dungeoneering, where some puzzle rooms you need to be able to see tiles lighting up to be able to solve them, but it's tricky to see them properly because it was designed for a dark room. Though I don't know if this has been fixed in they years since I've last been.
The one thing I don't like about the Runescape combat system in RS3 is how infrequently shields are equipped. There are a good number of shields that look nice... but they're not terribly useful in combat, as dps go brrrr is king :(
you can check your metal bank with ore box aswell incase you're mining middle of nowhere and aren't 100% sure how many ores you needed to mine up for something

Dungeoneering/Shifting Tomb Tip:- if you start an instance, mostly the exit (exit rope) will be close to you, but if it's not, dont go through the tombs searching for it if it's not within sight on the minimap or close to you simply click on the MST teleport token and start another tomb in which the exit will be closer, yes you can use the tele inside, and you actually wont have to waste time looking for it or clearing those rocks especially if you get those annoying large quantities next to each other or if the exit is really far, trust me, it'll easily save you minutes of your life for a thing that can be completed in less than 10 seconds, what a boring fucking skill dungeoneering is...

For dg part: you can just hop until you spawn a rope next to you. This is faster than running to far rope.

runescape became switchscape. shields are only really useful for defensive skills
They get plenty use as switchs
I specifically got a 3rd vambraces from the Oyster and it does count for the collection log. This happened back in 2022.
