For me one major thing that fixed my energy quite a bit was taking b12 supplements and sitting in the sun (vitamin D). Like there was a very visible shift so in case anyone reading is wondering- getting these two tested is always useful (even my therapist recommended this)

Thank you for the book review. Very informative and many suggestions make a lot of sense. I measure my energy levels using hair mineral analysis. The mitochondria is probably represented by the sodium potassium ratio. It would be nice to see what the ratio is with people who practice this diet.
I followed it for 3 months straight. I felt mentally better than ever. The same mental energy I had in my high school years. I'm 33 btw. I still follow it now, I just have 1-2 cheat meals a week lol.

what if you have gas troubles? doesnt it affects if you delay taking food in the morning
If able perhaps try drinking a glass of room temperature water while in a squatting position (elevating the back of your heels can help) first thing in the morning

@@SonnyDarvishzadeh room temp/warm water helps the flow in your body, where as cold water can shock your system making it harder for things to pass through. a squatting position is a more natural position for our body and aligns your intestines properly for releasing. I recommend in the morning to help with your first stool, but it can be done anytime. also a potty squatty helps keep your body in that natural squat position if using the toilet. hope this helps!
