I read this book Mastery about 5 years ago and it was life changing. This summary does a wonderful job of capturing the important ideas. The book itself gives a bunch of real life examples to illustrate the concepts. Nathan does an amazing job and will keep reading his summaries since they are such a good reflection of the underlying books. Keep up the good work.
As Michelangelo said, 'If people knew how hard I worked to get my mastery, it wouldn't seem so wonderful at all.' Staying on the path of consistency is what actually gets you there. Wonderfully summarized video for the book!
Here I wonder what an amazing summarizing ability you have got there. Could you please make a video on HOW you go about selecting a book, making notes from a book, creating a list of points worthy for each videos, and such? I cant resist thinking about that part each time i see these videos.
The best state to live in is the "flow state". When we indulge in the flow states, life is more awesome and full. But we are always pulled our legs with the external validations. In life we need to settle for a task and try to do the work sincerly. The process sticking is what matters at the end of good life. Not the fake internet validations. Leaving life is more subtle. We can't handle the subtleties of the life without discipline and patience. The legging pulling is the constant.
