This is one hell of an Ayuhasca trip of a book. Part X, Black Suns and Vortexes of Stars.

I read this book a couple of years ago. I use the tools to psych my self up before starting a tough task. Really helps and highly recommend.

The part where the book mentions that "engagement" produces energy lit a "sun" in my head. I've always wondered why my brain feels like it's going to break down when I do work late at night, yet it faces no problems when it's time for intense gaming.

You describe the first two tools of this book (2:14 and 4:07) very well. Your video is very helpful! Will you do a part two in which you describe the other two tools in the book?

More and more I’m noticing the common theme of imaging make believe as your problem and inventing make believing tricks as the solution. This isn’t real and it isn’t based on truth so it’s not going to last. A lot of people keep trusting in dumb tricks when they need Jesus, reality, a real identity and a real purpose in life. Have that and your life is not built on an imaginary house of cards that you have to keep psyching yourself into motivation for.
