    - I don't know why but them arguing at the end and calling you a lazy Uber driver is what upset me the most. Out there grinding and in a way that provides what can amount to a life saving service for them and thats instead how they see it and treat you. Just ridiculous

      Not being able to reason with them and get points across without them immediately forgetting because they've lost all sense of self awareness is very frustrating. I used to drink too much and now I know what it looks like to everyone else.

      Yes and no. Most people who are raised with respect are chill while drunk. And yes we all go through those fazes growing up but these are the worst of the worst kind of college aged results of being drunk, and obviously these guys are scum. Bc IMO these guys go out like this frequently and act like this. The way they’re acting has consequences that aren’t just gone the next day, whether it’s jail or whatever most likely by assaulting others, so they know what goes on while they’re out and keep trying to do it.

      He will learn, we all grow up at some point, but culture is what it is and white kids trying to be all hard like a street level OG always makes me chuckle, big mouth will run into the real deal at some point and that will be that, as a 90's door man I can yell you, the big mouth is generally the first to run or beg and plead when shit gets real, but that was a different world back then, these days kids don't respect themselves let alone a stranger that could be a psyco killer.

    The guy in the middle was probably the only sober and sensible one in the group. The dude in the front seat next to you threw the n-word around a couple times, but still had some decent respect for you and your car/boundaries, and messily apologised afterwards. The other two were just assholes... doing whatever they wanted, ignoring your rules, lighting up blunts in the backseat... mad respect on you for laughing through the entire ride and keeping your cool.

      Only one of them was lighting anything. The one on the left has the face ID on his phone that when seen in a night vision camera like this will show up with lighting that flickers on and off, but he was using the lighter.

    I’ve worked as a grocery clerk and as an electrical engineer. Some people associate job status with self worth. Any job that puts bread on the table and benefits society is a good job in my opinion.

      @@andrewlebus4850 How the heck are food delivery drivers more lazy? They actually leave the car, pick up your food, and drop it off at your door. I do delivery. I have to climb stairs in giant apartment buildings/hotels, go in elevators, walk around difficult ass apartment complexes, a lot of the times, even at night, looking for annoying house numbers in poorly lit areas. It is pretty dangerous if you aren’t careful. It’s definitely less lazy work than being an Uber driver. I agree, driving for Uber is more annoying, dealing with disrespectful people in your car. But it’s definitely more lazy than food delivery.

      @@instryx It's a bit different when it's your primary source of income, you learn to deal with these types of people to keep the cash flow going. Luckily it looks like most of Eddies rides are pleasant and he doesn't just immediately resort to filing for assault or getting some kind of revenge if they aren't. Takes the bigger man to walk away and leave a situation in the past and I think that quality is important as an uber driver.

      No. Many people are not emotionally mature enough to work with the public. They will never learn anything because they aren’t willing to. It’s a nice though, but every person who works with the public or in customer service or whatever does not magically become a nicer person.

    Im a Lyft and Uber driver and man when I tell ya Eddie speaks truth about learning a lot doing this job, he is 100% correct. I've had crazy, weird, belligerent, smelly, talkative, drunk, disrespectful, sketchy, vulnerable people in my career being a rideshare driver. I definitely learned how to deal with people of all calipers.

    I appreciate the videos! I take uber and lyft rides a lot and I always stay respectful. Ive asked many drivers how bad can it be and the looks on their faces is always that "You dont want to know", so to see these actual videos is crazy haha. Thanks for doing what you do! :)

    Its very easy for a situation like this to escalate quicker than anyone human can react too. @Eddie , its amazing to see you recognize the triggers that are and voice up on spot. Most people are afraid of confrontation but should learn to identify triggers before learning how to communicate as well as you do. Saying the right thing with proper expression and tone is very important. You provide a perfect example of that on that night.

    As I was driving earlier in the night just now, yes I'm a ride sharing driver like you but in Asia, and I suddenly recalled your channel, and quickly added this video to watch later, and now I'm done watching it. Get the bear maze and some cheap pepper powder, plus standby a plastic bottle of water to wash face and hands in case of emergency.

    Great to see the whole video. I gotta tell ya you have way more patients than I would have. First time someone starts talking shit and acting like a tough guy making idle or direct threats, I'd literally hit the brakes and bounce their heads off of the headrests and then tell them to get out of the car now, that I don't need to take their shit for money. MY CAR, MY RULES! Don't like it, then walk or take the bus. Then turn the car off, take my keys, and open the doors for them to get out, to give them good service. Then I'd wait outside the car until they were gone before getting back in because as you and I know, the mouthy cowards always wait for your back to be turned to make their attack.
    You have much more patience than me. Mad respect for you Eddie!!!

    It's always interesting to observe the hierarchy or dynamic of these groups. It's always the guy riding shotgun next to the driver thats the mediator trying to find a common ground between his friends and the driver. Then you've got that quiet dude sitting bitch in the backseat that's just along for the ride or whatever. And its always the two outer guys in the back just raising hell doing everything a passenger isn't supposed to do.
