I have purchased a couple 'Epos H6 Pro open-backs' as Ive noticed less yelling with their friends online when they use my open-back headsets, they are wired but these are good options if you want a quieter house and you can still give the kids instructions without yelling. They do go up and down in price and I got them for AUS$139 on an Amazon sale. Anyway, just some thoughts.
Best gift headset gift was the black shark v2 pro x. The wired version works on everything. They have color options. Great sound quality that can eq with steel series sonar. They're comfy. The mic isn't as great as the 2023 versions. They're kiddos though they just wanna talk. And they're 40 bones on sale for the holidays.
PC37X is $79 on Drop. PC38X is $119. Makes all of these irrelevant unless you are going overt $200 for game and music. But, if you have a desk mic than definitely get the HD 560S for $149 with the Wicked Cushion for Sennheiser for $25 if you can (HD599, HD599SE, HD598, HD598SE, HD598CS, HD598SR, HD595, HD579, HD569, HD559, HD560S, HD558, HD555, HD515, HD518, PC350, PXC350, PXE350, PC360, PC363D, PC373D, HD380, HD380-Pro, Game Zero, Game One, G4ME Zero, HME95, HMEC250, PC37X, and PC38X)
Are the Aatro A30s just too expensive to make it on your list? If I were in the market for another headset those would be the ones I would be most interested in. The have so many features and look great.
Couldnt you just connect the headset to your TV if it supports Bluetooth for gaming if the headset doesnt natively support a specific console? Does this add to much latency and reduce sound quality? I know you said Windows has poor bluetooth but pretty sure my LG Oled G2 supports decent Bluetooth....I always wondered this.
Hi Joe very nice headphones for kids you picked out my favorite are the cloud 3 wireless headphones I have those and the Logitech pro x 2 wireless headphones and the Sony h9 wireless headphones and I think I found my favorite headphones for PS5 and there the Sony h9 wireless headphones the sound is very very good also there so so so comfortable and that is king I'm still waiting for Logitech to come out with some new a50 s or even upgrade them I hate to buy the old ones there a pain to play on console and the battery life is so so out dated will have to wait and see other wise I am keeping my Sony h9 wireless the Logitech pro x 2 wireless headphones and the cloud 3 wireless headphones are a close second stay safe and happy gaming to all
Hey man, what headset would you recommend under 200$? The only comp game I play is fortnite, but mostly my game time consists of single player games, hope you can answer.
Hello, I watched a few of your videos, I really like what you do, so I subscribed to you too. I would like to ask you something: I want to buy a new Bluetooth headset for FPS COD, which of these would you recommend to me on the PC Hyperx Cloud 3 Wireless as a budget? or rather the Sterlseries Nova Pro? With dolby accsess or without ? Thanks
Hey Joe, right now the cloud 3 wireless and nova 7 are on sale for about the same price (around $130), which of the 2 would you recommend more? it'll be used on pc only, use case will be primarily music and gaming........im retiring my stealth 700gen2 because its literally breaking apart on me and the clamp force is killing the few braincells i have left
Hi Joe, I've recently started gaming on a PC and I'm curious: if I'm using Steelseries Sonar, do I still need a gaming DAC for my headset? The audio seems solid to me, though I lack your level of expertise. I'm using the VZR Model One connected to the audio ports of my ROG Strix Z790-H motherboard. Any suggestions on a good DAC if it turns out I do need one? Appreciate any insights!
In all honesty I would say wireless would ease the concern of the parents when it come to durability. Sure wired is cheaper, but I will have a panic attack at the thought of if my kid is going to accidently pull to hard on the cable or rip it by accident.
Joe consistently puts out some of, if not the best headset content on TH-cam. Thanks for all the work you put into your content.
OMG the glasses section is S-Tier. Almost nobody mentions glasses never mind dedicates a whole section to them. THANK YOU!

Hands down one of my favorite tech TH-cam reviewers. Thanks for the awesome channel!

My kid needs a headset that can be used like an analog and also wireless? What would you recommend? T.I.A

Cloud 2s are great as well! Like the cloud but better mic. Still a great value
we need a buying guide for adults
