Awesome review! Lots of great detail and tips. We appreciate your support and business!
Thanks for checking it out! The only issue I have is wishing maybe I should have gone for the double lift instead!

Have a bendpak 4 post recently acquired yet to install managed to find at a steep discount from a guy on Craig’s , had been looking for sometime have a scissor lift as well .
With the loss of a garage space needed the added storage this offers , can’t wait to get it
assembled . Great video very informative thank you Bert
Cute family! Thanks for showing the air compressor part
I have the same lift, the extra height is a nice feature. A couple of things worth mentioning, raise the lift off the locks before pressing the air lock release button, air supply to the release button shouldn't exceed 150 psi.....I find 70 psi works fine in my case. Also, I watch each corner when lowering to make sure each of the four corners locks has engaged. Thanks for sharing.
Thanks for watching! Yes all good points I agree and do the same, and I think my pressure is around 90 PSI. Do you get it serviced yearly?
@@nextlevelmedia 90 psi might be more than you need, you don't want to blow the lock lines.....but it's your lift. I have a BYB also that I've had for over 25 years, I've done all the service on it and will do the same on the BendPak. Thanks for the reply.
@@Al-tl2ov thanks for the advice I will lower my PSI to be safe
Great Video! Thanks for sharing.
Thanks for the video. Nice garage!
Thanks!
Very nice video. Straight to the point and everything I wanted to know was covered.👍👍
Awesome thanks - stay tuned for more!

this lift is made in china
This garage is really cool, I can see that you have some money, from this garage I would only have the wheel supports.
Thanks man
great video. I got a question. What is the distance between the columns and the outer edge of the runaways and is the space equal on both sides?? Are they(columns, not their footprints) 5''x5'' square?
I'm looking at getting several of the double lifts, mainly for storage? You have a really nice set up!
Thanks man! Yeah I wish I would have gotten the double lift now for sure. Oh well, maybe I’ll build a detached garage in a couple years!
Great video👍
Thanks much appreciated!
Great informative video! Does it feel safe when underneath the unit ? Is there anyway the lift could fail and or lower unexpectedly ?
Could you link your air compressor?
The main problem I have with bend pak is everything needed is optional. Outrageous in my mind.
Agreed you can definitely get the same setup for maybe half the cost but the safety features and engineering on this make it worth it in my opinion.
Useful, thank you.
You're welcome!
wow no bolts to the ground?
thats crazy! but how has it been holding up for you? very interested in getting one for myself as well
Definitely takes a minute to trust and get used to but it’s still rock solid and I don’t even think about it anymore. I always have a car up there too which stabilizes it.
what size is your garage
Nice setup! Have the same lift. The support strap under the drivers side ramp has 2 large bolts on the bottom. Do the bolts dig into the Swisstrax? Mine chews up the floor every time the lift is lowered.
Yep same for me, luckily it stays in the same location. I tried contacting bendpak to address and come up with solution but got bounced around to the wrong people I guess. If you know a welder they could take care of it easily.
Bendpak has a fix with a lower profile bolt that I recently received. Sent it free of charge.
Very nice video. Do you feel that there is no need to bolt the posts to the floor? I think I still wouldn't trust it but that's cuz I have that kind of luck at times... ; o
Correct, no need to bolt a 4-post lift and confirmed with BendPak. I was definitely nervous but no longer after using it for some time now.
Can someone help me please? 1) Can you suggest any proven methods of installing such a lift in a garage that has a slope of at least 4-5 inches? 2) Also, would the lift shift if I don’t bolt it to the ground? (I would rather not anchor it as my concrete slab is only 4 inches thick.)
Definitely no need to bolt down. Most garages probably have a few inch decline - the installer would be able to speak to this or you can reach out to your specific lift rep - that would be the best resource. I don’t think it should be a problem.
Do yo mind sharing total purchase cost for this particular option (w/all the accessories)? Thx
It was right around $5k all in including delivery and install
Thanks for sharing, where did u get this alu ramp? And what was the price for the lift ?
I bought the lightweight aluminum ramps from bendpak and the lift cost around $5k all in including shipping and installation
@@nextlevelmedia Can you say how much just the install cost?
what did they charge you for the installation ? Thank you
I found a local approved installer on the Bendpak website and payed $350 bucks for install
Why kind of periodic maintenance is required for the lift?
Good question, I know it is supposed to be serviced periodically but I have never done it nor had any problems. I’m sure the hydraulic fluid should be changed at some point. I’ll have to contact my service rep.
My wife freaks out when I get under my car with jacks. Lol. Considering a benpak. Tired of jacking up each wheel.
How tall is the ceiling in the garage?
12ft high
