Like everyone has mentioned, a bath right next to the bed just weird. And its England the pool as to be heated. And did you four have a table booked for a meal, was all a bit rushed.

The towel rail radiators are not mounted with the same gap to the doorway and they are not at the same height and one is wider than the other... Would drive me insane to see this lack of detail if I were the developer / buyer. The house is very lovely though and love the overall design, especially the big glazing and high white voils.
that is a nice house I don't think that It was a good idea to jump in the pool in the winter though because its cool in the winter and it showed that the pool is not heated and the results of jumping in the pool in the winter. Over all it was a OK tour though
Bedrooms would have no privacy. Carpet next to a pool with a tub over carpet is a big mistake. Probably a home someone single and rich enough to have private hair dresser.
The 4 of you are syncronising well. You will even get better as time goes. On this one you have been very seemless, very good. The house is amazing also, more perfect if you have adult kids; it is just too white for small kids and crayons.
I agree. No entrance. You walk right into the kitchen, dining room and living room. Where do you put your coats and shoes. You walk down a hallway in your underwear to a dressing room and one side of the hallway has huge windows looking out to the pool? What views do the other bedrooms have? A fence? A tub in the bedroom? A Niagara Falls honeymoon suite? Was there a supply shortage of heart shaped tubs. Looks like a builder had a try at being an architect.
Who does that??? Why?? May someone please explain this to me? I don’t have experience with luxury real estate, so that seems like a horrible idea to me
Another house that they can’t get sold… there are two of these that have been jammed on a plot that should only have one detached dwelling… they’re also not oriented correctly. Just more nonsense design by people that don’t know what they’re doing. This house is also surrounded by properties that completely outclass it.
Personally don’t like this house. Having a house with a pool centred is pointless in a country you can rarely use it. Why on earth would you have a bath tub on carpet? You mentioned the starlight ceiling without showing it. You seem to rush through the tours lately. This never used to be the case.
@ mandeep Yea.rushed and also like I said in my other replies parts of it I feel not very professional at all.I feel when they meant to present luxury homes to the audience, they should do it in a more professional manner.not how they do it though.that’s why I don’t really watch their channel anymore.
@@KittyKatLuiLui think it is down to taste. Sometimes it does feel like kids doing a tour and less professional. I think they need to be more particular about the properties they now show. I do occasionally enjoy the tours but they are not thorough and need to work on the editing. It feels like they just want to get it done asap. I know they put a floor plan up but I want to see where they are going in the house. Sometimes they don’t bother showing rooms in the property. I
To me this is a guys house and the guy h has never had to do a darn thing. Having a pool outside is stupid. It is over the top for people who don’t have to do for themselves. I actually find it pretty boring.
