I really like this. Light, space, high sealing. Perfect. And bedrooms on two floors…perfect. Don’t like when all bedrooms are upstairs. Move it to the heart of US - NYC or somewhere nearby. Perfect. Love the friendly stair cases. 🙂

This house is phenomenal. I love the bathrooms with natural backsplash, it looks slick! I also love the upper deck - you could easily see the ocean view. Everything is great - job well done guys!

6:26 the low end is where you put your feet and the higher end is where you would sit but depending on how big you are you can still splash around in there. Loved the house the bedroom is my fav color black, white, and gray. Yes, I am all for seeing Dom jump in the pool Patrick as well but not if it is cold do not want you guys freezing and getting sick. Das Haus ist an sich schön und großräumig. Die Einrichtung ist dafür dem Preis nicht entsprechend. Verstehe auch nicht, warum ein Haus, dass seit 3 Jahren aufm Markt ist plötzlich statt 10 auf 15 Millionen taxiert ist.

It’s big. But as someone else said, some strange design.. rooftop pool I doubt if it will be used a lot. Specially as regular pool area is much more nice. And regardless how well built rooftop pool and structure are, the risk of issues after a few years is always something to worry about..Why the outdoor barbecue so far from the main house? Styling etc is at least not my cup of tea.. a lot of chrome and mirrors etc… interior standard a lighting etc seems pretty standard or almost plain for the price point. But it’s a lot of sqm both interior and exterior… Sierra Blanca is expensive so maybe someone will pay the asked price anyway…

Some nice areas, and the outdoor space is lovely. Bigger not always better though and the bedrooms felt underwhelming with low ceiling height and the minimalist main bedroom austere.
