I would have kept all the durian to myself as I LOVE it!! I always get a durian smoothie if they have it, if not, then I go with avocado. You should have totally gotten a fresh durian and shown everyone what it looks like then show them how to properly cut it. Hubby can just open the windows. LOL! All the ice cream looks delicious, though! I think I'd eat the durian in one go then make my way through the strawberry, then pineapple and coconut...okay, I better stop. 2 questions. 1) What is coconut cream? I've only ever used coconut milk. 2) Why did you mix them with hand but then used the mixer again anyway? Thanks for the recipe. I am totally going to make these. I'm thinking durians as well, but they're not in season yet.
Julius the Casual Gamer put the coconut milk in the refrigerator overnight and the cream will come to the top and be solid. you can gently scoop it out and whip it just like cream. Be careful not to shake the can much though. I just open the can first and cover it with plastic in the refrigerator myself.

Coconut cream is the fat from the fruit that whips up like heavy cream. She used mixer again to incorporate better and add more air :)
