Love this, but sometimes I'm confused when to breathe in versus out. Also, am I supposed to keep my stomach sucked in even when breathing in? Or to let it fill like a balloon?

I really do workout frequently but not evertyday, so im not a really absolute beginner (i did this cause i didn’t workout during the last two weeks), but i felt every single muscle, i enjoyed so much and i was sad it was finishing 🥲🥲
