Wonderful, gentle session. I love that Pilates can be done on STRONG days (with an intermediate or advanced sess), and on lower-energy days, with a gentler sess like this one. I esp. loved the extra breathing work in this: it was that kind of day :o) Thank you!
Thank you Gaby, every day can be a Pilates day! If you are feeling a little weak stick to the basics and if you are feeling strong challenge yourself. Just keep moving and good things will happen 💪
Do you have any tips for a low back that doesn't want to round (stiff from a strain and very tight hips) and for extended hamstrings? I have difficulty with the one leg bend. Both legs want to stay bent I loved this very much. Thank you! 😊

I love your content! I disagree this is beginner level tho. If I actually want to keep good form and breath properly this class is too fast paced 🥲 and I’m in good shape, just had to take a step back due to an injury. I’m going to keep doing the “good posture” series. Love the pace of those ❤
