I have a question for you if you might know the answer. I need to frost some faux wedding cakes using Styrofoam forms for a wedding show. I would like to do it ahead of time if at all possible. Do you think if I frosted the dummy forms and put them in the freezer then brought them out, put them in the fridge and then decorated them that that would work okay?
Absolutely gorgeous! If you don’t mind me asking, what’s the pay structure for working at a bakery for someone of your talent? Every cake is unique and laborious, so how does your Boss pay you? Asking because I’m in the same boat of leaving my business and working for someone else.

I don't see why not! I have done wedding expos too. And if you just leave them at room temp, they will crust over if you use American BC.
