Great tutorial. I can clearly see the issue with the floral wires, they are of poor quality, you can see the end is slightly fraying. Japanese Sunrise brand wires are the best and you won’t have that problem. I’ve also used the othe A grade wires that are a step down from Sunrise and they will work equally well, but if you are doing flowers that need a superfine wire number 30 or greater it’s best to use Sunrise.

GORGEOUS! About to do a double barrel with a dramatic diagonal fault line layer from bottom up in a concrete look with a white "icy" drip over the fault edge (nod to Game of Thrones). Now I'm thinking it would be cool to use this marbling technique with dark greys and black and color the marshmallow grey?
Do you think that this would work the vegan marshmallows? I know many people (like me) don't eat pork so I'm always looking for alternatives for things that contain gelatin.

Just add a touch gel food coloring to it once it has reached the correct temp and taken off of the heat.
