    It's kind of funny, so I've been cooking Indian food for a while now, and so I have picked up a lot of Indian (Hindi) words for foods. So when she was like, "Oh, this is aloo paratha" and he was like "what's it stuffed with?"... I was thinking "She just told you it was filled with potatoes." It took me a solid like 5 seconds to realize that my brain has now soldered the word "potato" and "aloo" together, and so his question was totally valid, lol. Also, he probably was asking what it was just for the audience.

      Anarta Roy Anarta Roy innovation doesn't happen anywhere, they are just discovery of what was already invented ages ago. detail what is called as mythology or any civilization to know how useless you sound. fun fact! 90% of farmers in India host food celebration with over 108 verities and this is nothing. a usual religious gathering to personal function will have 25-30 varaities. so it's not only rich Indians but average Indians eat. but what you know average Indians are pretty rich than any other rich outside country fks.

    Hey Mike, been watching you for almost 1.5 years. Being an Indian( and a NE India guy), I would recommend you to visit the far(and exotic) areas of India, rather than the Central part. Do visit the south and the east part; you would definitely be delighted. *BUT* For the true variety of Indian cuisine and culture , visit the North East India and your perception of *"INDIA"* will change, I guarantee. I assure you, you would not be disappointed. Also, *find a North Eastern* friend for your food travels, you would be amazed at the variety and culture of North East India. Peace and Luck!!!

      In India every state has its own huge thali and that are even more cheaper than this one all you need to to know is to find those restaurant where these thaali are available . And these are available majorly in states like Delhi,Jaipur,udaipur,Gujrat,south India ,up,and mp and in Punjab the food king thali name - bahubali thali.

    What a great plate of food. I love the concept of having a little bit of each curry, bread and drinks etc. I found the information from his chef friend really interesting. I've enjoyed the Indian series because I've learnt so much. We have a lot of people from India and also Fijian Indians so we have a lot of these dishes available to eat at restaurants or as take away food. I can't eat many foods because I've had all but 1 metre of my intestine removed due to having Crohns and I also have aspergers which affects what I can eat and what I can't. Even though I can't eat Indian food I still love to learn about it and I absolutely love naan bread.

      Kana Miyamoto Food Aside...However great it may be...(Maybe best in like an all-rounder category) You'd definitely don't wanna live here... besides the tourist factor cause there r some pretty nice places(Great! & cheap destination for Vacation, I guess 1 INR = ¥1.76 i.e, if you're Japanese. Cheaper for Western ppl then idk). But other than that...No! You don't wanna live here.... *Believe me!!!*

    Take one of those bowls of curry, double the size and that'd cost ~$20 at most Indian restaurants in my part of Canada. A few bucks extra for naan or rice as well. I like some Indian food but it's so overpriced for such small portions that I almost always go for something else instead. To see all that for $24 USD is ridiculous.

    • @dingus2332
      @dingus2332 6 ปีที่แล้ว +7

      Even that thali they are eating which costs 24 USD might not seems much in US but the equivalent of that money here (1600+rs) is too much even for that much quantity food
