- I just happened to stop by at a McDonald's and realized that the menu is so much different from the McDonald's in America and a lot has to do with the fact that they don't serve beef or pork. So I decided to order everything and taste test it out.

The Chatpata Naan doesn’t taste like chicken cause it’s Aloo (Potato). The order taking lady asked if you wanted Aloo and you said yes😂
I lived in India for 14 years and came back to USA and I have to say the flavor that burgers in India have is amazing. The McD in USA can't compare.
again, tastebuds differ between countries, you may like it more in india and an american will obviously like the american version, they are all adapter for their countries

The chatpata naan that that you ate , you didn’t order the non veg version of it , you ordered veg chatpata naan , when I reminded the video , the lady asked you if u wanted Aaloo flavour in the naan , and u said yes , aaloo means potatoes so you basically ordered the veg version that’s why there was no chicken

I havn't tried the maharaja big size. Small size is nice. Lemon zest and mango lassi also not tried. Vegetarian so no vegetarian iteams will not try. I love pizza puff and thums up. Also aloo tikki is nice. Mud pie is tasty😋

I heard about them doing this a long time ago. I gotta appreciate the chicken Big Mac. The spicy chicken sandwich is legendary. It was going to be made for the US market but it was deemed “too spicy” but the people of India loved it.

Thumbs Up is not Indian version of coke. It's just the world version of Thumbs Up. India do get Coke as a option. Fun fact: Thumps Up was initially formulated as an alternate to coke when Coca-Cola withdrew from India. Thumbs Up became very successful and later when Coca-Cola came back to India, they bought Thumbs Up to kill competition. The initial plans were to kill the product by reducing supplies. Well, basic economy does not work like that, the demand was too high. So Coca-Cola decided to supply both products. Why not? It's more money anyway.

The spelling is ThumsUp and not Thumbs Up. It is the original Indian cola we all grew up drinking until Pepsi came in and Coke returned to India. The story is true, Coke bought it to remove it from competition. They tried to kill the brand but realized it had nearly 50% market share and so decided to keep it. Still the preferred drink by many over the US brands. ThumsUp Taste the Thunder !!!!!

No, you pour it over the fries but not like the way he did it. They gave him a mini white bag with the seasoning and the fries so you put the fries in the bag and put the seasoning in the bag and then you close the bag and shake it until the fries get seasoned well and then you eat and enjoy.

I live in Ecuador and we dont have starbucks we have Sweet and Coffee, they make a lot of different pastries , with iced tea, all kinds of coffe and different combinations of icecream smoothie, it worked so well that they went from a little store, to stores in every mall, University and Gas stations
Starbucks is definitely different. Here in Australia our Starbucks don't have the same coffee blend (I've been told our blend is nicer) nor the same menu items like no protein boxes but we have more of a healthier variety of sandwiches, salads and cakes/pastries.

Oh my goodness I so want to go to India just to try their McDonald’s menu lol. Wow their items sound fabulous and I’m a lover of Indian food so I can imagine how awesome everything tasted but yeah I agree, that wasn’t a real chicken patty 😳

It's not great lol go to India and try the street/market food! Make sure you have a local guide or someone who knows their way around at the very least so you can go to good places that have proper hygiene + serving practices. Make sure you don't drink milk unless you're sure it's been pasteurized/cooked (or else you might get very sick since you're not used to drinking raw milk, I'd assume). If you do ever go, I'd recommend checking out convenience stores since they have items that are funny ("American style" chips and whatnot). And try the soda (like sprite or something), it's made with cane sugar and tastes a lot better imho.

So do cognizant moms and dads in America. McDonalds is an infrequent meal on the go. There are a lot of quality street food trucks in most major metros but there are also made to order fresh wraps, salads and put together dinner stores and restaurants where you can have freshly made ethnic foods of all kinds. McDonalds is an afterthought for when you don't have the time to sit down and eat.
In America, we have street food, but it’s not like everywhere else in the world because usually you need a permit and a bunch of other things just to set up a stand
Don't judge me by my name. I would choose good street food as well. However, I agree that the food at the Indian McDonald’s locations is way better The items in the US.
There is a McDonald’s overseas so much better that people expect and demand better quality food while here people are looking for something cheap and easy and don’t care about the quality as much.
I think it’s time for us to start speaking up.

Its a fact Company's make the food to local tastes. if you have a spicy pallet India will be a better choice for you. Its the same all over the world. Coke tastes different everywhere i have ever been along with my favourite beers.

They have two different menus, One for North and East Region and the other one for West and South as the franchise in India is under the ownership of two different subgroups of McDonald's.
You won't get to visit a Mc cafe in North and East India and that's sad as far as for food enthusiasts in Northern and Eastern part of India.
The menus are not entirely different but they certainly have a few deviations, like in North we don't get most of the items that should have been there.
