On the charger there must be something saying like 5V 2A (value might vary), is that correct? I have read that the phone should get charged in 2 hours, but maybe you have a slow charger. In your case do you have a charger that says 5V 1A on it?
Doesn't seem that old of a phone. Check the charger rating and cable. Those are most likely the culprit. Charger should be above 1000mA and reading with Ampere should be more than 1000 while charging.

I did this on my own years before to check my old cables(2.0), and to find out its my charger or the cable itself. I sorted my cables according to its charging speed/resistance. And kept slower ones in my car and fast ones to my charger and other kept in storage box (as an emergency cable+ charger.)

Maybe try with a new cable. There is adaptive charging on phones but if it's really slow despite being low on battery then cable seems to be the problem with what you have described.

Check the charging speed using Ampere. If its around 500mah or less then it's something with the charger/cable. If its somewhere around 1000mah or higher then maybe it's something to do with the phone.

What charging speed do you get? If water went internally then I think the problem could be the contact between the battery and the charging cable needs cleaning or the usb port.
That charging speed is slow. How old is the phone/what model? I think the battery is most likely ok but the issue could be - 1. slow charger (are you charging through computer?) 2. try cleaning the usb port.

What device is it? Sometimes the charging speed varies depending on the percentage of battery charged. For example it might be charging at 1500 ma at 5% but at 95% it might be charging at 300 ma.

The charging speed can vary sometimes depending on how much your phone is charged. If you have been getting really slow charging speed but it's at 10 percent battery for a few minutes then I would say that's not normal. If battery is at 99 percent and charging speed is slow then that is normal

The app is just for measuring the current. What is the measurement you get? If it's always under 500ma then it's pointing to a problem. Usually the problem could be charger/charging cable but you will need to figure that out.

In accubattery it says 800-90 but now it only stays 100 and goes -100+
The average time speed is 46 and wdym rating of the charger? And the charge speed is 20% and it goes 21 22 all the way to 29 then resets on 20%

The fluctuation might be normal, sometimes the charging speed can vary due to reasons like the phone being hot or when the battery is almost full.

What charging speed you get? If it's less than 500 then it means charger/cable is the issue.

My device is motorola one fusion + and now I am facing issue like I have to switch the charger for full charge (3 hrs) earlier took just 45-70 minutes..
And in 5% sometimes it shows 1400ma and sometimes shows 200-500ma
Also I have checked with this problem with other user of same device and they are also facing the same issue.
Is this a issue of software or phone and if possible pls recommend solution for this problem

Then, at, 10 it drops
At 20 its drops to 1490
Then 30 1410
Like that it charges
Yes as the percentage increases the charging speed goes down.
