Your a friggin legend. It not only made my phone charger faster than when I got it it made my phone run way smoother (keep in mind that it was running smoothly before hand).

Update: sometimes when I start to charge now, it says a big amount of time again ( earlier today it said ONE DAY!). I have found that if I turn the phone off and then back on when this happens, the charging time 'till full' goes back to less than 2 hours. 😀
Update: Still going strong, with a charging time of one hour fifty-two minutes to go from 0% to 100%. I'm a happy camper! 😀

@Ordinary Life unfortunately no. I ran out and bought a wireless charger and that has worked great. Also bought a lamp off Amazon that actually has a wireless charging pad and it chargers my phone very fast.

I extremely recommend this. I went from 9hrs and 14 minutes at 4 percent to 2hrs and 22 minutes. if ur having issues, do this. It still works just as he says, Thank you man!

Well, now my j7 crown will not charge unless I power off and turn on.. so I went back through settings and turned back data usage and batt permission for the apps running in the background. Same.. didn't correct. Any idea on what setting I shouldn't have touched?

I did all this on my J7 Crown and didn't make much of a difference. It started to charge then stopped. I tried different chargers (which worked for other phones) and finally it charged on the computer. I'm suspecting a connection issue. Should I turn that LOW BATTERY DUMP back to off?

Before when I plug my J6+ the battery percentage just wont increase and often decreases when I start using it while plugged after doing this Im shocked to see the percentage go up.

Interesting video, thanks. Have a brand new S10. On first use Let battery drop to 20% and popped on charge with new samsung plug and type C cable. Put timer on as said 1hr and 18 mins.... timer went off and it had only reached 89% and was getting hot. Turned phone off and left for few mins then charged with phone off. Reached 100% in no time at all. Anything to worry about? First time use! My old S8 never experienced anything like this.

Also I have used a NEW cable c type fast charge and a samsumg charger.
However my mobile keeps saying at 10%
5Hours and 22 mins.
And I have tried to clean out connection area.
AND STILL NO JOY
I have noticed in the battery settings
There are two options
Fast wireless charge (which is turned on )
Fast cable charging which gives me no option to turn it in or off ..
I think Samsung have disabled this feature to make you think your phone is knackered so your buy a new one .
ANY HELP OR TIPS ON THIS MATTER ?????

This worked on my Sumsung AO2s. I had already performed Step 1 before I found your video. It didn't help. Step 2 did the trick though! I couldn't perform Step 3 on my phone...but no worries, it's working great now! Thank you!

IT WENT FROM 37h TO 3h! I didn't follow your intructions correctly but it still worked! If it's not working for you, try a reboot or restart

So I tried this last night and at first I thought it was the ultimate fix as my phone charged pretty quick. Well I left it on the charger last night and this morning I was eager to check it and was totally disappointed to see that it was at only 39% after charging all night. I notice that if I unplug it and the replug my phone will say something like 1 hour and 25 minutes until fully charged, but then if I come back a few minutes later it may say 4 hours and 28 minutes until fully charged. I kid you not I just now came back to my phone to check it and it said 12 hours and something until fully charged. I think my phone is just...done for. Thanks for the vid though I really wish it helped.

I did all the steps and nothing happened. I have Galaxy A50, it still shows me: "Check your charger connection". I don't know what to do. All cables are plugged correctly, no dirt inside, hard reset done, still don't know what is the problem :/

Am using J7 nxt for almost 3 years and i have changed 3 cables till now. And when the cables were new they worked so good but as soon as they became old around 7 to 8 months old they started charging my J7 nxt very slow. I don't know why is this happening every time.

I have a s10 and s10 plus and the S10 plus was very slow and seems like it wouldn't charge while using it. Followed your steps and now my s10 plus works fine. I dunno why it was playing up because my s10 charges fine but not my s10 plus. Your video helped me fix it thanks.

My S9 doesn’t change right in the car, does fine in the house. And I have checked the chargers with my S5 and they are fine. I use the App, Ampere, which tells me what the phone is getting or using. I can get 2500 in the house and then in the car I may get 300, but it jumps around.

@@everrai it was giving all all symptoms. As soon as I factory reset it, it never gave that trouble again again I knew cause there was numbers at the time cLling your phone and when you answered that's when they hack you. It wasn't me alone..

Tried it on my S9 because my phone virtually will not charge if I am using navigation or watching a videowhile charging it, and unfortunately none of these helped. EDIT: while the phone still struggles to charge if it's being used, or when using navigation, these tricks did help my phone want to fast charge more easily. Before, when I plugged in a cable, it would slow charge and I would have to try many times of replugging it in to get to fast charge. Now it fast charges on the first plugin or possibly second sometimes

I know you wont believe this but, I felt the 1st step was kinda dangerous, I already did the 2nd step and so I moved on the third one. I tried to go to the menu but instead it restarted itself.When i start the restart I had 16% but after restarting I had 27%.. Seriously how? any idea?
