Sadly enough alot of US Soap Actors have killed themselves. The most recognizable on UK Soil is Billy Miller who played Billy Abbott # 5 on The Young & the Restless. He had a major form of depression.

Neil Crossley was actually played by a different actor. Geoff Hinsliff, who played Don Brennan appeared in the Street in 1963 as a friend of Jerry Booth and again in 1977 as a man who chatted up Bet Lynch and Renee Bradshaw only to break into the Corner Shop. Don appeared in 1987.
So many of our old Corrie favourites have now passed away - RIP Deirdre and all the others we've lost. Say hi to Liz and Bill for me!
