Hamza I swear you have drastically changed my life, I’ve gone from a 14 year old who watches porn everyday, eats a whole lot of junk food and lays on his bed most of my waking hours to me actually taking action, getting better grades, quitting porn and eating so much better! Thank you man, I honestly appreciate everything. Hopefully more young men will start to get on this beautiful journey alongside us❤
Hey man, glad to hear that, just a heads up, It's gonna get so much worse. So don't ever get comfortable. It starts with "one day off gym won't hurt me". Work even harder and keep going.
Great job brother. I see that your name is Muhammad. Asalamu alaikum. Coming from a 21 year old Muslim: Hamza’s advice is amazing but make sure you achieve your goals for the sake of Allah. Make every daily action for Allah. Visit the masjid, meet brothers on a similar path, wrestle with them, talk self improvement and staying on the deen etc all with Allah in mind. A lot of his advice can be found in Islam because Islam encourages masculinity for men!

I’m currently 15, 5’5. I used to be the sporty kid that had an alright physique, then I got into gaming. Instant gratification. I stopped playing sports and slowly gained weight over two years. I was about 220lbs extremely overweight and pretty much obese. Within the last year and a half I have lost about 30 pounds and I’m currently 185lbs and still going lower. For about a year I was going to the gym but not dieting. The last six months I’ve been focusing on my diet with a calorie deficit that brought me from 200lbs to 185 where I’m currently at. It's like having imposter syndrome that you are better then the people around you. You know that you are working harder then them. And handling the negative emotions is a doubled edged sword, you need to be able to wield it and how i wielded it is through journaling. Whenever i feel a negative emotion, i see it as a sign for me to grow.

You‘re a legend.
Thank you Mr.Ahmed. Because of you I started reading the books that you said in your second channel. Like: 12 rules for life or the way of the superior man. I do not want to end up like everyone else but what I want is peace, power, wisdom, greatness and to be remembered in the history of the human race. I think that we all want this. The honour to be remembered by all of humanity.
We have to constantly remind ourselves that pleasure and happiness are truly distinct things
Felt like the Hamza I first watched 18 months ago. Great video brother. The competition out there is a joke.
The eating a chocolate bar while watching a random video on TH-cam called me out! You said that as I had a piece of chocolate in my mouth watching this 😂
On brothers ❤ much love
