You will go down in history. Been watching since late 2020. I don't know if you read comments but genuinely genuinely changed my life completely. I used to be so sensitive, shy and awkward. It's only been two years and there's more progress to be made but it's incredible how many lives you've changed. Never thought I would be someone writing one of these comments but thank you Hamza. Your work is DEEPLY appreciated by us all. "do the hard work, especially when you don't feel like it"

When this video ended there was a feeling of gratitude and emotion. Its almost felt like an end of an era and a beginning of a new one; the emotions inside me felt like i had moved on from a boy to a man.
Hamza was always like the brother i never had, almost like a father figure to guide me through this rough world. I started watching you 8 months ago when this girl I didn't even date started hanging out with other guys. Since then I've gotten a good physique, financial doing better than almost everyone in my age group, always doing the hard work when ever i don't feel like it.

I remember 2 years ago when I was 14 I was doing push-ups while watching your videos realizing I'm wasting my time and life (ended up gaining ~45lbs in 2 years and as someone who always had trouble putting on weight it's been a great improvement I'm very grateful for), today I'm 16, and you helped me more than anyone else, thank you for guiding because without you, I would have never made money as a minor, and so I'll still feel like a waste of cum to today's date and even if its very little amounts (10-20 € a day) I already feel like doing something of my life outside my studies!!(never happened before).
I can also specify that English is not my primary language and in order to understand your videos I worked on it and managed to become pretty fluent in English, so thanks for everything!
    Much love from France.

I used to embody the stereotypical Jeffrey, and I was Jeffrey in the Jeffrey vs Adonis comparison. I used to feel nervous around any woman, even if they were unattractive. The two things that transformed my approach towards women were: 1) reading the book "How to Win Friends and Influence People" which fundamentally altered my life, as its principles worked not just on men, but women as well. This made me realize that both genders are just human beings. 2) Building my confidence by interacting and talking with women on a daily basis. The key takeaway from this comment and Hamza's video is that being around women and talking to them requires practice and repetition. I strongly suggest you read how to win friends and influence people. Because of the book I’ve made a lot of friends, have a new friend group and 5 of my new friends are women. If not for practice and reading the book I would’ve missed out on a lot of friendships and biggest of all I’d still be nervous around women. Every day, I am grateful for the chance encounter with Hamza's channel and the decision to delve into Carnegie's book. To all the young men out there, I offer you my sincere wish and best of luck for your success. Remember, the skies are the limit, but so are the depths of despair. The power to achieve all you desire and avoid what you fear rests within you.

    -I switched style
-Going to the gym 7 days a week w him
-Made a contest about who picks up more girls. One day we did that, erased all of my anxiety and made me realize im a king

I never thought I'd be writing a comment here, but here it is. I discovered your channel previous year and also joined the discord server, and I am so grateful to you man for providing and spreading this message of self improvement. You helped me in a lot of aspects in my life, mainly in the mindset. It's only after watching your videos that I got seriously invested into self improvement. And I am so grateful for the information you have imparted us with. I got goosebumps watching this video as I knew this was gonna be the last one ever. With your daily videos and emails I always felt that I'm not alone in this journey and you are always there guiding and supporting me and also the men that follow you. And then you told that you found your purpose and needed to accomplish it. It's sad (as in we won't be seeing you often anymore)and for the better ( as in you found your purpose ) at the same time. I will never forget your teachings Hamza. And will be on this self improvement journey and improve myself even more. I hope for your best✨ and will always remember your teachings 😣

I’m now go to gym and run about 5 km along the river every morning , my abs is grown, I read first English book in my life, I eat cleaner ,my sleep time almost doubled, my fab time is about one ten compare to previous times. ALL changes happened just a months ago since I joined the movement. I’m so grateful and wanna say thank you to everyone here. EVERYONE. Literally watched these videos for one month straight. Putting every single bit of advice into action helped me improve my routine, mental health, and ability to get women. I grew my accounts organically through consistency, built a brand, and now have a platform of over 100k over all of my platforms. I have the ability to choose whatever woman I would like, and I can’t even remember the last time I folded and engaged in temporary pleasure. Just hearing your words every morning was enough to make me have the most productive days ever. Your whole content catalog is enough to change millions of lives of young men that are honestly lost. So proud to have found your channel 🙏🏾

I am grateful for rejection from my dream girl.
I first met her a year ago in religion class during covid when everyone still wore masks. I didn't think much of her other than her being the nicest and smartest girl I knew. We weren't friends, more so acquaintances, until our school dropped the mask requirements and I saw her face for the first time, I was frozen and speechless... She was incredible. The semester ended and we never ended up improving our relationship or even becoming friends. Fast forward one year and we happened to share a homeroom, I never said hi or put myself out there, I just admired her from the corner of the class where I sat. About a month into the course there was a school event, a rugby tournament where fourth period classes were excused to watch the game. As I was watching the game I noticed a group of girls not too far from me, and she was in the group. I somehow had the guts to go over to the group as I had a friend in that group, slowly over the course of about half an hour, all of the girls in the group had left, except for one, that particular one from homeroom. We stayed around for the remainder of the game chatting and getting to know each other, when it came time for us to part ways, I couldn't find the confidence to ask her on a date or even just get her number. I blew it. This event wasn't a waste as we became good friends and I ended up seated right beside her in our homeroom class, our relationship stayed the same until December 20th, 2022, when I decided to ask for her number (I did this in the middle of class, I realize now it was a dumb idea), she actually gave it to me, I had done it. Until she texted me that night, informing me that she just wanted to stay friends. This day turned from the best day of my life to the absolute worst, I fell into a deep depression over the Christmas break. Once the break was over, my relationship with the girl felt awkward for both of us and she seemed uncomfortable around me. I began to search the internet for any advice on how to fix relationships and I stumbled across Hamza's channel, the concept of self improvement had peaked my interest, once I got on self improvement my mental and physical health began to improve, today marks 3 weeks of going to the gym every single day. I have felt more confident, and I was able to fix my relationship with the girl. I am on this self improvement journey all thanks to her, she is the first spark that started a reaction that will change my life forever.
All I want to do is thank her for changing me.
And to thank Hamza for showing me the path.
This is what I am truly most grateful for.
    Thank you.

I am grateful to Hamza for being the one who changed it all for me. I can't even put it into words to describe how much of an influence he has been (and still is) on my life.
It was the first time that someone told me to be better, and HOW I can be better.
This whole chapter of hamza's daily uploads and rants, hilarious edits, Jeffery and Adonis...
Then the style of the daily videos changed to - 7 best tips to bla bla (lol) the titles he joked about and laughed at, unironically had value to give or something that made some concepts in my mind click a lot faster. And the format of the videos and video titles being an inside joke, the whole thing was something that was a highlight of the day for a lot of people (including myself).
i'll look back with a smile of gratitude mixed with nostalgia on how impactful and life changing that chapter of hamza's channel was for me and my brothers as well.
And I'll still look forward to days he posts again. I know for sure that this new beginning is going to be better and more life changing than ever, for Hamza himself, for me, and for my brothers on self improvement .
    Much love brother

As this is your last video, i'm gonna write a not-so-quick page of my diary, only for what happened to me today.
    February 4th, 2023:
Today i woke up very late, due to the irresponsible night i had yesterday which drained all my energy til 6 a.m. or something, but didn't stop te recieve some of my friends at my house. I don't hang out often, but i was sure i was gonna have a good time, and also for the confidence all of this phisical and psychological progress has given me. Not only i was probably looking like the confident of the group but i also gave a mini psychology lesson for one of my friends and it felt great!. After saying goodbye to them i planned to watch a movie i felt excited about: The Great Adventure: Lego 2.
Yeah, it sound childish, but one can't avoid it when you have grown up with a sheer love for legos. And i gotta say it was a direct 10/10 personally. Not only i felt like an innocent child due to the pure excitement legos give, but i also spotted the psychological messages the movie tried to give me. I won't give any spoilers, i'll just say the movie hoped for you to watch it in the middle of puberty and that, in my opinion, hits harder after some decent progress in the self-improvement carrer (i'm being serious).
I would recommend it to anyone i know, and for you too, but well, it's up to your choice.
And then, now at night, watching what probably is your last lesson. Of the man that gave his best to not only help me figure out life, but for all of his viewers and loved ones. And now i will ask myself: "How can i be greatful for this?" Some months ago i would probably answer with: "i would give this man my life" but now i rethink of how valuable my life is instead of saying it literally, since i know how much potential i have. However i still want you to know, that i'm greatful for all of your lessons and for your disciplined attitude, and that someday, somehow, at any moment, i will be at your level, and then, better. I hope you remember this love letter for when that day comes.
    God bless you, Hamza Ahmed.

I wish Hamza an amazing life and everyone apart of this era on TH-cam. The pain and suffering you will go on throughout your life, you need to keep going and to never give up. Do the hardwork especially when you don't feel like it.

I started self-improvement 1 year and some months ago and that's when Jesus made me understand it, but that discipline was from praying a lot, and accepting Jesus to take control over my life

Hamza, thank you so much. I am 14 and you have completely changed my life. A few moths ago, I was literally averaging 6+ hours on TH-cam alone. Now I’m a hyper confident guy who work out every day and meditates. Thank you for helping me find purpose in my life and enjoy the meaningful things.
Do the hard work, especially when you don’t feel like it.

Hamza, thank you for all your advice. Please can you make a video HOW TO OVERCOME ALLERGIES AND BLOCKED NOSE (AND SINUS INFECTIONS). I remember you said (maybe in your mewing video) you used to have allergies and have blocked nose because of your pet hamster. I have a pretty sharp jawline bc Ive always naturally been mewing my whole life. But I keep getting blocked nose what I currently keep getting. I keep getting sinus infections and the doctors keep giving me different antibiotics which are not helping. How did you overcome your blocked nose and started mewing? Please make a video on HOW TO OVERCOME HEALTH PROBLEM OF ALLERGIES (AND SINUS INFECTIONS). Thank you so much

HamzaI cannot express how much you have helped me In confidence. There was this girl I had been talking to and really wanted to express my feelings to but never got the courage. I then started watching you, after I then asked her out and she said yes. You will forever remain in me reminding myself how I got here. Thank you Hamza.

    Hello Hamza,
I have something to say. The reason why most people are jeffery types is because of pressure by other people.''OH GO GET SOME GIRLS'' GO OUTSIDE! DO SOMETHING ELSE, and a constant barrage of other things. Jeffery types click off your videos is because of the overwhelming demand. sorry but your videos are too demanding like you instantly go like STOP WATCHING PORN, GET GIRLS, BE RICH, GO TO THE GYM EVERY DAY. (btw this is just simple advice for your vids.) for many jeffery's, most of things you want them to change are deeply ingrained habits, which are really hard to change.
    Thanks for reading
    Goodbye
