Had the same problem. There are three 14 mm nuts that hold each strut onto the tophat. They need to be torque to 47 FT-LB out of the sixth nuts on my truck for them were so loose that I had to turn them about half of a turn that is very loose. It completely resolved the problem.
I had the same problem and it’s def the body mount left front looking down where the headlight is you see a bolt and there is a marking XL that bolt goes through the mount. Place your hand on it and you can feel the mount and noise. What I experienced anyways. Good luck!
My 2020 tacoma has the front end squeak and some video i saw said it was the front body mounts. Havent changed them because the squeak doesnt happen all the time. And the bushings in the control arms look good still.
I hit it, just forgot to film that. It's definitely less noticable/ completely gone during normal driving. I really have to work the suspension before it starts making the noise
great video as usually, in my opinion bang for your buck you cant go wrong with dobinsons for front struts. good liuck. I actually got mine from exit offroad..cheers
@@ModernDayViking i only have had them on for less than a year and the truck is mostly a work truck. happy with them so far. no complaints. honestly they ride just like my 5100's, i cant tell the difference. but then again everyday use work truck so not rally getting to cycle them fully to see if there is a difference...
Bro mine is the exact same, spray some water up in the suspension and it stops. I greased everything up and the squeaking reduced a bit. But who knows what’s up with it.
Mine is also the same. My squeak is coming from the bolt on the bottom of the strut. I greased the bushing lasted about 3 days before squeak come back.
Im starting to dislike toyota.any company building a truck that thinks a 187 hp 4 cylinder is a engine option and to pluck a lexus 3.5 and put it in every vehicle they make that is set up for car power not truck power.i hate my 3.5.you cant properly hate a 3.5 until you have driven a 4.0 in the same basic truck

The original wiper blades have replaceable rubber inserts, that you can get at dealership or online for pretty cheep. I just replace mine once a year
I never really liked the original wipers
@@ModernDayVikingwhy?

Try (with the truck on the ground) loosening the upper control arm bolts, shake the truck a bit, then retighten them to the factory torque. Greetings
I'll give that a try!!
I hope your channel blows up. you have a great personality
Thank you!!
Bro! The go pro!!!! 👏 your channel is gonna explode now just watch! 🎉
Hahaha glad you liked it! Wasn't sure how it would go over using it like that
I didn’t see any spray on the top strut bushing? That usually stops some of my small new squeaks. Any updates? Solid video!

@@ModernDayViking nice! I’ve had great luck with the stuff that you used up front and T9 for the leafs.
Different truck but mine was coming from upper control arm bushings
What are you recording your POV with by the way? Its sick
Thanks it's a new setup I just started to implement. It's a GoPro hero 9

Thank you! I was actually looking at the dobinson kit. How do you like them?

Bosh wipers usually last me 2-3 years.
Love these adventures
Awesome!!!

Driving me nuts! Once I find a permanent solution I'll update everyone

Bro, bacon grease always worked well for my squeaks on the 2020 off-road.
Maybe I'll give that a try!
@@ModernDayViking at least it'll smell yummy brother
Are those glare resistance convex side view mirrors?
No they are factory
Your truck sounds like the jaws music. Fighting the same thing on my 18 OR, except it is the rear leaf’s. So damn annoying.
Great video as always ❤
Thank you!!

Yeah...
What a waste of time video....just talking talking talking.....
Go to the point...
Why are you driving with your lights on when it's daylight 🤦♂️
Day Time Running Lights 😬
Can anyone say daytime running lights lmao
Not suspension it's front body mounts
I'll check them out!
Update- Dealership just confirmed front driver's side body mount rubber bushing is torn and causing metal on metal squeak. Known issue. Changing now..
