- Dyno testing of Minitstops Yamaha WR250R by Dave at www.lindsaymachineracing.com after installing a 3mm WR250F stroker crank, 290 Athena big bore kit, and flow benched porting by "The Wizard" Dave Lindsay. The follow up video will be the results from all the R&D and motor work, and will be released likely on April 20, 2015 yielding the results.

40hp 30tq 120 top speed. Sounds and looks awesome! I rode it a bit in Oregon and it felt quite strong and felt good.

12.8:1, using an Athena 290 big bore kit, and the +3mm stroker crank kit, standard Athena head and base gasket.

I'm not going to say as much power as I thought on facebook, almost doubling the power with stock cams isn't going to happen. I'll say 32HP 30ft lbs 82mph. something is telling me its going to pick up more torque than horsepower.
Unfortunately only a shirt would be useful to me but it'd have to be a 3XL Tall, I am 6'9 after all. (I seriously need a bike)

Hmmm.... Before = 28 hp (dirty K&N removed) & c.15 ft/lbs from a dirt contaminated 250.
Bored, stroked, ported, cams, what appears to be a new full FMF power bomb system... After = 44 hp (new clean foam filter) & 23 ft/lbs.
If the gearing is the same as stock, and rev limiter is the same, top speed would theoretically be the same. I'd say around 105 mph bumping the rev limiter on the dyno. But not in the real world with wind and tire drag.
