  • Getting ready to catch a flight? Be sure to pack your CPAP machine! That’s right, CPAP air travel is more possible now than ever before thanks to the growing awareness of sleep apnea among doctors, the public, and government officials responsible for regulating air travel restrictions. Plus, travel-sized, easily portable sleep apnea machines are more available than ever leaving extra room for other carry-on necessities.

Wow! When I started using CPAP, in 1999, it was such an oddity that getting somebody else's CPAP from a plane was unthinkable! I do keep a medical tag on it with my name, though such a thought never occurred to me!

Thanks for this. Some really useful tips for me to take away on my flight soon. I’ve only recently started therapy.

8 oz per hour? I'd be urinating at fifteen minute intervals!

Inspire is not a good idea for those of us who do well on CPAP.

How about using a mandibila advancing appliance as an alternative to CPAP?

Travel CPAP machines might not be as good as regular ones. Try using it before your trip, so you won't get any unpleasant surprises!

Instead of giving advice about breathing machines you guys are trying to advertise your product. Stop this nonsense
