    my husband has change his course and and his course is started by September, and in other hand we have apply for student subsequent visa.. so it effect in my subsequent visa ? Because he is enroll for accounting and after then change in IT course but both are masters..and university to institute... and out marriage are 7 month old..

      Hi, you can only secure your child's enrolment after the visa grant. Enrolment is done through the education department of the State you will reside in.

      Soon as the primary applicant starts their course, the application for the dependents can be lodged. Generally, it takes about the same time to process as the primary application.

      Yes you can. How soon you get PR is dependent on how soon you meet the requirements, not necessarily about where you live.

      Hi Blessed. First of all thanks for watching!
      For proof of funds, calculate your tuition for 12 months (minus any amount you've already paid), living expenses for 12 months (you and your partner) and travel related costs for you both. The link in the description will be helpful so you can see the breakdown on the immigration website. Regarding your visa, you can apply to come in together, or if coming in separately, apply for the other person as soon as the primary applicant commences their study.

      I cannot tell the success rate...I am not a visa officer, however, in my experience, most subsequent entry visas are successful

      Hi Sneha, yes, family cover is better as it gives better coverage and for the purpose of applying for your dependants, it will support your application being considered a genuine application instead of single cover. Please use comparison sites online to compare prices. Thanks

      Yeah, you can get them to apply for a visitor visa. They are not considered dependents, so you can't include them in your student visa application.

      Hi Abdullah, my understanding is that the guardian visa (590) does not come with work rights, so your guardian may not be allowed to work

      No, your dependents do not need to sit an english test to apply, except if you wish to increase your points by having your partner sit an english test and apply for their skills to be assessed too, but generally speaking, no.

      My opinion is that it shouldn't be a problem, as long as you do not breach the conditions of your visa or enrolment (for your wife), but obviously, I am not a migration agent.

      For the Subsequent entry visa, I am not aware of any time requirement in terms of showing the genuineness of your marriage. The 12-month requirement is usually reserved for people applying for the Partner Visa

      Hello Mustafa, you are certainly allowed to apply for your family to join you on a student visa. Whether the visa will be granted is a function of a range of factors including your finances, GTE requirement and other risk factors that your visa officer will consider. I can't answer for how easy of difficult it will be.
