- While setting sail on a courting mission for the ladies of Rome, General Rufus receives word of rebellion in the south. This treachery shall not go unpunished!
Welcome to Imperial Rome an all new Mount and Blade: Warband mod, based on the Roman Empire. Story driven and occasionally thoughtful gameplay with a touch of roleplaying. We follow Regulus Rutilius Rufus as we try to unite Rome once more.

● Ingenious slave system. You can release and capture slaves.

● Recruit different troops in castles, towns and villages.
● You can make special constructions when you possess a town or a castle in order to recruit special forces.
● Banking system.
● New system Tournaments (gladiators).
● New diplomatic to conquer yourself a settlement (raze, take peacefully, etc.) options.
● As head of the faction in the city or fortress player can hire teams of soldiers and commanders of the carriers.
● Balance Beam battle between the sides.
● New options to build siege weapons.
● The horses rear to the camels and elephants.
● Continuation of the battle after being wounded hero.
● New orders for the troops to coat forming shield wall and others.
● Drummers for Orientals. Trumpeters to barbarians and Romans.
● Battleship in old ships.
● Naval battles in which you can control the boat.

An excerpt of a Diary Entry of Januarius Justinus.
For the past few days, we were seemingly under the impression that time for peace had come and time of war against the bosphorans would soon come. Little did we know, a day after our fleet was built and testing it out on the open seas, those Hebrews decided to insult us with war, after a day they humiliated us with a peace offer.. Unbelievable, I didn't think Hebrews sink that low.. Many of our lords are impressing me, mostly Lord Kampan. I was tasked to defend the engineers for the past few battles, not like the Hebrews would ever reach them, nonetheless I will not go against the wishes of my imperator. Finally after crushing Hebrews and Armenians alike, surely the Armenians must have bought the Judean loyalty.. We marched to iotapata, damn those slingers, cowards.. All of them.. They took out the imperator and I fell shortly after.. By the time I woke up, we just finished ransacking the fortress, what may lay ahead? Victory!
+The Reaper I know we must trust Lord Lehner but I may or may not have went to his camp after the fight with Jesus and found some appalling notes in his more personal books, he truly is a dirty man, six affairs sense the war with Armenia started and he is terrible to his men leaving them with only old rotten meats to eat. he is selfish in war but alas a good(if not brutal)leader of men. I wish only to bring this to your mind as I trust you, but there are others that would strip me of my rank if they herd of what I had done. I don't know whether I have given you my name and rank, I am Jeremiah Salvius a Germanic born in Rome and raised in loneliness, I did not know what to do in the big imperial city and so went to Jerusalem to seek the man named Jesus to change my life, but alas not all things go as we want and I was captured in the time that the south party of Romans fought the Jews.They needed men to fight and I was as good as any and I fought fore my life, until I made up my mind and ran ran far so far... and that my friend is were the general came in. he enslaved me and made me build his war equipment onagers and the like. But in a forest skirmish I took a sword to his enemy's, it was humbling to be alive just because some man didn't just kill me. and so I gained my freedom as I will always have to do in this cruel world that we live in. and I fought hard so so hard... and now men know me, know the name of Jeremiah Salvius a Nova Roman centurion.

The first option in the hire a group tab just gives you info about how the group you buy appears on the map as a commander with your banner.

Love this series. You should so do a poll on the viewers favourite finished series and re-visit it.
General, 1) use the hammer and anvil tactic in the field. Pull out the enemy to some of your infantry - militia in tight formation will do - by using your archers to inflame the enemy to charge your infantry. Once the enemy has engaged your militia, sweep around behind them with your cavalry and hit them hard repeatedly until the enemy rout or die. Then use the cavalry to mop up the routing troops. To counter cavalry, use your Triarii or Spearmen, whose spears are deadly against cavalry and chariots. 3) Use the Triarii Spearmen to protect your flanks and onagers in close formation 4) Use loose formation for troops under fire in the field or in sieges; tight formation for the archers and javelin troops when you want them to hit hard.
So I guess the Imperator is going to target Judea after all, which of course is hardly surprising. Finally, I can search for my wife! If the Imperator would be willing to take Lord Kampan with him, since I am still under his command. I guess all of us will get a chance at retribution. All hail Imperator Rufus!

+The Reaper Indeed, Justinus, they have been trained by me. Now I am training my veterans as well now to become officers. I am going to leave Lord Kampan's legions soon, and he needs competent officers to lead the cavaliers. On the subject of my wife, I could have asked you if you found her, but then I realised that you don't even know what she looked like, since I never told you much about her last we met other than the fact that she is a humanitarian.
+Jackeled That is very kind of you, but I've no wish to be a celebrated soldier of Nova Roma. I am as human as every one of my Comrades and I'd like to stick that way. Besides, I don't have the faintest idea whether she is alive or not
Lord Kampans troops seem to be experienced, good work indeed. True, I do not know who she could be. I suppose it is more wiser for Lord Kampan to attack more Hebrew armies and to have campaigns around the Hebrew lands so that you could find out more about your wife.
The Reaper Ok, lets not fight for me finding my wife, by contrast that makes it seem that Nova Roma is fighting for me instead of Rufus. I mean, yes, sure maybe Lord Kampan is willing to sacrifice his duties for my happiness but by contrast people will look at me thinking of me as somekind of a selfish fellow. I came here to find Duty in the first place. Lets talk about the important stuff that would lead to the conquest of Nova Roma.
And I can find my wife at the same time. If luck allows me, that is.

That thing at ''hire a group'' that you call unclick able is there to tell you that all purchases come with a flag bearer a commander and stuff like that ;)

That is just a statement(shown by the semicolon) that lights up on accident. It's a bug and has no use other than tell you that these groups will have their own military commanders

It's just an question but do you gonna don an the last days of the third age campaign ?( the mod is a litlle bit annoying but it's cool in an entire view )or some acok2.1 ( a clash oc kings ) p.s sorry for the bad english im swiss actually continue like this you have my support if you need any help in a difficult period or something 👊
I don't think third age campaign for M&B would be entertaining, I mean I guess it's an ok mod, but lots of grinding and really waiting for your lords to siege some place. Just my opinion however.

Calling judea a desolate desert even in late roman time amuses me. It was a tiny but obscenely rich territory throughout antiquity. It produced the finest wines, was extremely fertile, and generally was territory worth tons. It's certianly desertfied a wee bit since, but it was contested for more reasons than just being the contested buffer zone between every major power in asia africa and europe. If your drinking the truly fine wine your drinking judean-or greek I suppose.

My general if I may beg your pardon but I would suggest that you should purchase a much better robe to wear while you're not on the field of battle, I do know that you barely wear it but I'm sure with the fortune that fits a true Emperor like your's can handle robes as amazing and pompous that fits an Emperor
Ah yes, The all mighty "Scourge of Judea" is back in action, Great work my general, I do have to say what were the Leaders of Judea thinking when they decided to fight Nova Roma. They may have forgotten all the pain you caused them before but I'm glad you're making sure they will remember my general

Jesus is actually just the greek translation of Yashua (or Joshua). Yashua was a very common name back then. No one was ever actually named jesus back then though.
