Hi Emily & Sarah Just wanted to say TY for your channel!! I’ve just completed my first month on strict Keto and I’ve lost 9 lbs. Also because of you I bought the sauna blanket & I have been doing it now for 2 weeks, about 5 days a week, 45 minute sessions, level 6 & I’ve lost 4.5 lbs in 2 weeks. I’m 57 post menopausal and have been battling losing the 60 lbs I gained in my 12 yr stent w/ menopause. It’s been sō disheartening and frustrating for me as I have always been a healthy eater & could not get the weight off no matter what I did!! (I like you have tried everything from HCG, VLCD, etc) My Keto nutrition plan is a mix of strict keto, 4, 300 cal. Meals a day & intermittent fasting. This is totally sustainable for me for me to do the rest of my life & for the first time in over a decade I believe I will not only reach my weight goal but keep it off. I’m so grateful to the both of you for your transparent and informative posts. God Bless u! ❤️

Hi hi! Do you have problem connecting the 2 plugs? Mind is impossible to plug in and I figure the track under the charger isn’t aligned😣 so I jammed it and it is still not able to plug all the way in 😣 and the customer service told me it was how to designed and I can’t believe it !

They are very different things, it depends what you want to use it for. If it’s for weight loss, or if you really like a hot sauna experience, go with the sauna blanket. If you like a more subtle heat, and want the benefits of PEMF Therapy, go with the mat. I use the mat way more day to day, while I use the sauna blanket a couple times a week. 😀-Em
