How to Set Up the Honeywell T6 Pro Smart Wi-Fi Thermostat

To get started, press 'Start Setup'. Press 'No' to configure the thermostat through the thermostat, rather than the app.
You may need to configure some Installer Set Up, or ISU, options. You can cross-reference the ISU number on the top of the screen with the chart in the thermostat Install guide for specific information about the options.
This digital thermostat has programmable options including 7-day, 5-2, 5-1-1, and 1-week programmable options, or a non-programmable option so users can vary the settings depending on their schedule. Press Edit, then press the left or right arrows to navigate to the desired program schedule type. Press Done when finished.
Follow these steps to edit any applicable Installer Set Up options, such as outdoor temperature data source, system type, equipment type, and more. You can also navigate through the setup options without editing by pressing the left or right arrows.
Press Select to finish the setup.
After completing the ISU settings, you will need to set the date. Press the plus or minus buttons to set the month, then press Select. Follow these steps to select the day and year.
Choose the desired Daylight Saving setting option.
The Honeywell T6 Pro Smart Wi-Fi thermostat has two clock format options; 12 hour or 24 hour. Press the left or right arrows to navigate to the desired clock format, then press Select. Press the plus or minus buttons to navigate to the desired time, or press and hold the buttons to cycle through the numbers faster, then press Select. The settings will save and the Honeywell T6 Pro Smart Wi-Fi is now set up.

Hello, I was wondering. Do you need internet in order to set this up? Or can you setup this unit using just a router in the house without internet but yet with a internetlesswifi connection? Thank you.
