So, this absolutely worked for me. I was 41 weeks and 4 days and I promise you my doc was pushing induction! I held through the entire circuit and 2 hours later I was in actually labor! I couldn’t believe it, I was so happy. My baby is 6 weeks now, and my man kept pushing me to comment on here and tell my story so here I am 😂❤ Best of luck to you lovely ladies.
@@momwalker2706 I hope this works for you! I had my baby less than 24 hours later! I think the baby just needed to be put into position, and that did it! I highly encourage you to do it all the way through!
My wife was 40 weeks and 6 days and docs were pushing induction since 38 weeks. We had to schedule an induction for 41 weeks 2 days and we’re getting pretty desperate for baby to come. We both came in agreement in prayer and asked the Lord for us to go into labor tonight! She then did the miles circuit and an hour and a half later she was in active labor. She delivered in 6 hours!! Baby girl healthy and blessed! Thankful for this video! ❤
I was 40 weeks pregnant, feeling like my body and mind were finally ready for birth, and decided to try this out. I remember reading the comments and thinking "no way this will work, no way these comments are true".... well I literally went into labor FIVE MINUTES after doing these exercises. I was about to jump into bed, but got an overwhelming contraction that kick started the whole thing... 10 hours later, baby was born at 40w1d. I still cant believe it! I believe my body had been ready for a few days, but that these positions helped reposition baby at the correct spot. To every woman about to experience birth for the first time: you are about to experience the most incredible, overwhelming, loving emotions in the world. Best of luck, our bodies are amazing!
Just wanted to say, I did this and it did feel really nice and helped me relax, it did NOT put me in labor! So don’t feel bad if you got super excited reading all the comments! 40 weeks 5 days! But was super nice to be able to relax through this and have someone to do it “with” :)
This is comforting! I'm 40+6 and feel like I'm going BACKWARDS in approaching labor (was having contractions 2 nights ago, not even a twinge yesterday or today). Big brother came at 41 weeks, so I'm getting impatient. I want to help move things along, but I also don't want to kick baby out before he's ready.
I just watched it yesterday around 11 pm...I accompanied the quick things she did...morning at about 6:37 I gave birth at 38 weeks and two days☺️☺️ just follow what your midwife tells you to stay calm even if it hurts... It feels so good when you see the wonderful grace from the Lord❤❤❤❤ anyway i give birth today 6:37am August 28 2023 and it's a baby girl❤️❤️❤️❤️ good luck to all pregnant that laboring today❤❤❤
I did this less then 48 hrs ago and I swear it worked! I literally just had my baby this morning! It was such a speedy, peaceful and smooth delivery. I pushed for 4 minutes and had zero tearing! Highly recommend you try this if you’re trying to naturally induce labor. At the very least, if it doesn’t help out you into labor, it’ll help you prepare your body for labor.
Hello! Just want to check in here and say these exercises do work for me! I started these exercises when I was 37 weeks. I did it every single day and sometimes twice a day and my water breaks at home when I was 37+6, went to hospital within an hour of water breaking, and was already 9cm dilated, pushed for 48 mins and baby is out healthy! ❤ Good luck to all the mamas - to - be!
I just want to say I did this 2 days in a row and my water broke this morning! This kept the contractions going consistently! And helped my baby girl be realigned to where my back wasn’t hurting anymore! ❤
I have done this 1 day after my due date. I had no signs of labor. My Dr. scheduled me for induction. I was super stresful. I did this in the morning like 10am and in the second exercise I started feeling uncomfortable just like when you are about to have period. Throughout the day I had some contractions. Whenever I had a contraction, I walked in the house. At 3 am in the morning i went to the hospital and was told I am 8.5cm dialeted. After 2 hours baby was in my hands Please try it everyone! It is definately worth a try.
You are amazing! Thank you so much for this video. This really works I still can't believe it. I did this the first time dilated at 3cm and this brought my contractions on but not enough to be in full blown labor. I did it 3 days later again and right after I started having contractions about 10:30am contractions 10 min apart. By 1:00pm they were 2min apart. We went in and I was dilated to a 4. 15 min later my water broke. My son was born at 3:12pm yesterday. I supposed to be induced today, but you saved me from having to induce. I had a fast natural labor. No meds, No epidural. So worth it! Thank you!
This is crazy… I can’t believe I get to come back and add my comment to this now! I did this the day before my due date and went into labor that night! When early labor was not super consistent, did this again and went right from contractions every 5-8 minutes to jumping to every 2 minutes. Gave birth to a healthy, sweet baby boy!
This worked for me! Was 40+ 3 and was scheduled for an induction at 40+5, I tried this at night and the next morning I felt cramps in the lower pelvic area , baby arrived safely and naturally before noon! Thank you ❤️
This works! I did not think it’d actually do anything, but I was so uncomfortable at the end of my pregnancy, I was willing to try it. I did this at 37 weeks, and had my baby the next day! This was my first baby, I was in early labor for about a day, and I was only in active labor for 2 hours, and she was here.
I was so excited reading all the comments and actually did the full circuit more than 3 times but no labour. I went through 10 pineapples, 50 mls of castor oil and hours of walks trying to induce labour for two weeks. I eventually went into active labour at 7:36pm at 39.6 weeks and had baby at 8:15pm same night. Dilation was crazy fast once my water was broken a few minutes before 8pm at 4cm, took a 3 minute walk from my maternity room to my delivery room and came to 10cm dilated. It went so fast that it had the staff startled. Labour was extremely fast when it came but took its own good time getting started. Bodies are different, as are pregnancies.
Amazing. I was 39w3d, 2 days post membrane sweep, and following along with this video, and my water broke 20 minutes into the 3rd stage of the circuit (the lunge)!! Gave birth 6 hours later!! Thank you!!!
OMG it has taken me so long to come back here and share my testimony of how this actually worked for me, I have been trying to settle in as a first time mommy BUT I must say this works honestly speaking it works. I had entered 40 weeks into my pregnancy and I was starting to get a bit worried as there was no signs of labour or whatsoever. The edd that I got was 22 September so the Monday before 22 September I came across your channel and started doing the Miles Circuit, did it Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday...at exactly 12am on Thursday 22 September my mucus plug came out and contractions started at 3am, I gave birth 22 September at 8pm in the evening. So if you are doubting that this works please believe me it does with lots and lots of praying. Thank you so much for this great video
This totally worked for me! At 39 weeks 5 days, I did this at 9:30pm-11:00pm. Went to bed late at 1:00am, and never ended up falling asleep because shortly after, like 2:00am, I started having mild-moderate period like cramps/lower back pain. I started having actual contractions at 3:30am ish, and ended up having a quick labour and delivered baby at 10:30am! Had baby boy at 39 weeks 6 days, a day before due date. Thank you so much for this video!
Im doing this starting at 37 weeks with no dilation so i’ll keep you up to date:) 37w + 1D: Day 1: I got a tad but crampy, my lightning crotch increased! Pressure on my pelvis & rectum was real bad. Trying this again tonight :). 37w + 4D: ive been doing this all week along with lunges, squats, and hip rotations. I have had period like cramps, extreme back pain, and even loose stools. I went to the Doctor today and im 1cm! 😊. 37W & 5D: i Lost a bit of my mucus plug today 😝, had even more pelvis pressure, and more intense Braxton Hicks. Ive been doing this while also other “labor inducing” yoga, pineapples, and meditation to get myself into the right mindset. I won’t know if i dilated more until next Thursday brb😊. 38W & 3D: I threw myself into “false” labor. Im having contractions but they aren’t strong enough to do anything yet😢. But im still continuing to do this everyday along with pelvis yoga. Im having cramps, pelvic pressure, nausea, loose stools, and what i think is lightening crotch. I’ll update when my next dr appointment comes 39W & 4D: I ended up still being only 1cm. I got a membrane sweep today and a planned induction at 40w & 3D.
It actually worked for me ! Did the exercises at 12 a.m. started having contractions by the 3rd position my water broke by 7:35 a.m. had my baby by the end of the day ! And now I have my two week old with me 🥰🥰 best video ever!
Doing this + yoga ball exercises 100% sent me into labor. I did exercises on my yoga ball for a few hours on and off and then I got in bed and followed this video at 39 weeks and 5 days. I went into labor NATURALLY on her due date! She was born on her exact due date at 8:00AM on the dot. My doctor was encouraging me to get an induction for a few different reasons and I wasn’t totally against it but I always wanted to go into labor organically. This video 100% allowed me to do that. Labor lasted 8 hours altogether and I only pushed for 30 minutes. You did something amazing for me! Sitting here with my daughter on my chest a week and 1 day later
I had false labour pains for 2 days after a membrane sweep and nothing was progressing. I did the whole exercise routine for 90 mins and went to bed around 1am this morning, Woke at 4 am with waters going, contractions started 5 mins later and were 3 mins apart for 30 secs, in half an hour they were 2 mins apart and very intense, we rushed to hospital and i gave birth 15 minutes after we arrived there. Im pretty sure it was the miles circuit which sent me in to active labour! At 4am labour started and I delivered my son at 5.44 am, crazy! I still can’t believe it has happened. I have a healthy happy boy! 🙂💙😊 definitely would recommend giving this a go!
I exercised with this video yesterday at exactly 40 weeks coupled with the midwife’s brew and went into full blown labor 12 hrs later! Now I’m holding my newborn! Thank you for this video!
I’m 40 weeks today. I did 2 if 3 circuits off and in through out the pass few days. I’ll be sure to do them all now then again later tonight. I’d rather have my baby naturally than be induced. We shall see.
I'm 37 weeks and my baby turned down not too long ago and I was having HORRIBLE lightening crotch and sciatica pain in my groin. My midwife recommended I try the miles circuit so I did it just like this video the whole length and I feel a HUGE difference! I can walk properly now without the pain. I think the baby is better positioned now and this has opened my pelvis more :) thank you!!!
At 40 weeks 3 days with an induction scheduled for that upcoming Friday, I was determined to have her naturally before then and was willing to try anything! I got three chiropractic adjustments, walked a half mile, came home and did the miles circuit and then pumped a bit of colostrum and not even an hour after I did the miles circuit I lost my mucus plug and my water broke 5 minutes later. During the miles circuit I experienced some cramping and nausea and luckily that meant my little girl was on her way! I went into labor on Tuesday evening and had her Wednesday, January 5th ♥️ For all of the momma’s hopeful for this circuit - give it a try! I couldn’t have been happier! Thank you so much for this awesome video!
Baby is low and I'm 2 cm dilated but no signs of labour. I tried this yesterday at 39+4 along with some other inducing methods and I was hopeful but nothing happened. I guess it's not the right time yet. Don't worry if this doesn't work for you either 💖
I'm so envious of all the "this works" comments. I've been doing this circuit since 38 weeks and I'm now 41+5. I'm miserable, I'm passed my induction date by 3 days already because of a full hospital and no end in sight it seems. This just hasent worked for me. 😭😭
I was exactly 42weeks & induced 😭 the hospital didn't even want to keep me at 42 weeks so I was really hoping the circuit would of worked. And this was my 4th kid!!! Pure insanity.
I am doing it for 8th time today and I am 40+2 already.... Really scared it won't work for me too... There are some signs. My mucus plug are comming in pieces the last few days. The contractions getting harder every day but still not painfull, and I have the purple line on my butt cheecks...
So after reading all of the comments, I’m writing my experience in case someone else feels that they’re the only ones this didn’t work for😅 It didn’t work for me either! I did the whole circuit 39+6, 40+2 and 40+5. Today I’m 41 weeks and absolutely nothing is going on😂 but at least it helped me relax!
Yea. I’ve been doing this every day in week 40. Still nothing. It does feel like something gets started and maybe if I did it twice in a row like she’s says at the end but my body is so exhausted at this point. I felt like maybe just maybe but I couldn’t endure another 1.5hr of this. My body needed a break. I’ve been doing multiple exercises every day. I needed a break especially before the real marathon begins. Maybe I’ll give it a go early tomorrow morning first thing to try this twice in a row. Also sometimes, these things may not work because the baby just isn’t ready. I believe they help prepare you for labor and that’s great. However, don’t expect this one thing to snap you right into labor after one trial. Usually people do these things and they’re already pretty far along and have been experiencing contractions. No one really tells you their starting point.
This WORKS!!! My labor was starting off so slow so wanted to try this out. And it worked so well (1-2 hours after) I ended up pushing baby girl out BEFORE our midwife arrived and hubby had to deliver her! 🤯🙏🏻
i just wanna say thank you for this awesome exercises..they did wonders for my wife..she was 40weeks and 3days but when she did all this exercises she delivered on the same day......she gave birth to healthy baby boy..Thank you so much and God bless you
I did this a few times when I was 40 weeks plus and getting pressured into an induction! I came into agreement with my husband in prayer that we would not need induction especially after my last birth that left me quite upset from all the checking and interventions. I did this at least 4 times in a week including a few hours before my water broke and I could feel baby descending each time I did it! Its long and can feel quite exhausting especially at 40 weeks plus(at that point everything does) I love that it worked for me and I am suggesting it to everyone I know..
I never really comment on videos but wow - this worked! I did the entire thing on the night before my due date, three hours later I started having mild contractions that woke me up (I never had any braxton hicks or anything before) and a few more hours after that my water broke. Baby was born the next day ❤
Okay so I came back to say a big THANK YOU! I tried this on 18 of March twice. One in the Morning and evening time, and by midnight i started having contractions. My baby girl was born the following afternoon! THANK YOU🤍
I did this the day I got my membrane sweep and it definitely works! I had my daughter 24 hours later! my dog wouldn't let me off the couch after i did this. now I'm here for round two with my second baby!
I was in pre labor for about 24 hours and decided to commit to the full Miles circuit. Did it yesterday evening from about 4:30-6:00 using this video. Woke up at 3am that night with contractions and had my baby by 6am at 40+6d. Can’t say for certain it was this that did it, but I’m sure it helped! I appreciated having the full length of the circuit as a video to follow along, and I loved that you interjected sparingly with helpful tips and mindfulness reminders. I felt so relaxed after doing it!
I was doing the first exercise while having contractions. After doing the first one, I heard a pop and found out my water broke. Got a healthy baby girl within 4 hours 😊
I’m convinced this video triggered my labor. I completed it at 1am on my due date and contractions started night that morning with a bit of spotting. By 9pm my mucus plug came out and I was seeing my contractions take on a pattern. I had a long 30+ hour labor but baby girl came 40+2. Hold the positions for the ENTIRE time and make sure your alignment is as good as possible!
I was having prodromal labor for 2 days. It started on my due date, and I’d have contractions for 3-4 hours and then they’d fizzle out. I was feeling defeated and exhausted from the pain. I did this at 7:30 pm the night of 40+1 and at midnight my contractions started to get harder and closer together. I woke my husband up at 3 am and we went to the hospital at 5:30 am, I was dilated to a 5! My baby arrived at 11:30 am. I completely believe the miles circuit is to thank for labor actually kickstarting!
Did this circuit in the morning at 40 + 3 days pregnant with my 2nd baby, walked 5 miles around noon, started contracting at 2:30pm and had my baby boy naturally in the hospital by 10:53pm.
hope I get the same luck! I am also 40+3 days pregnant, did it in the morning. & I’ve walked about 1.5 miles so far...going to keep walking! no contractions yet ): I’ll probably do the circuit once more in the evening if nothing happens.
Came back to this video to say I’ve done the entire thing yesterday afternoon at 37+5w and this morning my mucus plug came out, then seconds later my water broke! 😊 baby boy is coming!
@@gisell1456 I think 37 weeks is considerate full term and it won’t be categorized as pre term so I assume some moms will start doing it at 37 to help the baby come at a decent time. I know a lot of women I know had to be induced due to baby not coming fast enough.
Interesting so many only did it once before having baby! With each of mine I’ve had to do it daily sometimes for multiple weeks to help baby get into ready position but it has gotten them unstuck and able to engage, so if it doesn’t work the first time, stick with it!
I was 3 days past due date feb 8th and I did this mile circuit daily after my due date. My water broke on midnight Feb 11th. I was so happy and got delivered on 12th with a beautiful baby girl. Thank you so much for this video. It definitely worked 🎉for me. Love ❤ wish I had found this video little earlier.
WOW THANK YOU SO MUCH !!!!!! I Did this at 38w1d followed u step by step and 10 hrs later i went into labor at 38w2d!!!! almost didn't make it to the hospital. You were extremely helpful sending blessings your way
@@dianagb9770 Hey !! to be honest I didnt feel anything except for small movements my baby was doing (normal baby movements) i honestly thought it wasn't going to work until i started getting intense contractions the next morning. I decided to do this just to relieve strong pelvic pain
@@anapucca6493 Nothing :( I haven't noticed any change in babies position at all after this and I've been trying to use a lot of other ways to help labor start. Going to the doctors tomorrow so hopefully I'll be dilated and effaced enough.
This actually works! I went from 1cm to 8cm Doing these positions. Could barely get make it through the last position. Once I arrived I had baby within 30 mins of me being there. Thank you so much!
Ok so I think this actually may have worked for me! I came across this video during my third trimester and knew it was something worth giving a try. I did my first miles circuit at 37w. I felt a little crampy afterwards and when I went to the bathroom a couple hours later I had lost a bit of my mucus plug. Nothing else happened after that. I decided to give it a try again at 38w. I noticed I had a couple contractions during the process, especially step 2, but once I stopped doing the circuit so did everything else. Finally I did it again the morning of 38+1. I started having Braxton Hicks contractions all day but this had happened before so I didn’t think too much of it, until surprise - my water broke that night! Had my baby the next afternoon at 38+2. I do believe this may have been a contributing factor in starting my labor so I think it’s worth a shot!
Thank you for taking the time to do this step by step process!! I just finished with you and felt so much better knowing I was doing it right along with you instead of at my own time wondering if I’m doing it right.
Ladies I really think this works! I followed this video on December 8th at 11pm. It was my attempt , even though I've heard of it before ( I was very skeptical). Anyway, did the video 12/08 at 11pm. Then went to bed. At about 2am I started having consistent, strong contractions. Rushed to the hospital. At 5am the morning after my beautiful baby boy was born!!! It was an amazing experience. It was also my first medication free, epidural free birth. All natural. I felt like a super woman!!! Please just try the video! You never know!! I think it could only help you out in some way. You got this!!
Very helpful. I want to say this worked.... I was 40 weeks and 3 days. I woke up positive! My mind set was like Yes I can do this ! I spent the whole day not sitting down and went on a 4mile walk up a hill and then I went home to drink red raspberry tea and boiled pineapple skin drank that and ate more pineapple... lol ended up throwing up . Right after that I did some of the exercises u see on your video. 15 min later she stopped started to have painful contractions ended up at the hospital being 6cm open ready to push within the next 3 hours.💛 Pregnancy was a hell of a journey! Thank u for all ur videos! Good luck to all the soon to be moms! You got this .
Hello I came back to share my experience It's really work for me 😁👍🏻 I did it once in 38+5 and next day I gave birth my little one in 2 pushes (9 hour the entire labor ,started with losing the mucus plug ,the contractions started alongside after) Thanks alot
So this Absolutely worked for me, I was 41 weeks and 3 days.. I did this circuit at 4:30pm and then I delivered at 9 am in the next morning.. It worked guys.. no induction or medication was used.. reached the hospital at 9 cm.. thank you for this videos
Thank you for this! Several days of contractions, baby still high and a stop and start labor. I was exhausted! Started the Miles circuit, water broke in the first position and baby boy was born 1 hr and 15 min. Later. I am convinced he was in a bad position but this allowed him to re-engage. I paired this with the abdominal lift and tuck from spinning babies. YAY!
This absolutely worked for me luckily! I was 39+4 when i started doing this video as intructed in the noon .. lost my mucus plug in the night and contractions started right away !! I advocated for miles circuit in the hospital when admitted and the nurses took note of it😊 try this mamas, it doesnt hurt to try!!
I tried this last night. I am 39 weeks and 5 days. I began having contractions at about 3 am. I am going to the hospital shortly, but they have been consistent in the 5 minute range, so it worked for me. I only made it through parts one and two. I began to get lightheaded and anxiety for some reason. But it did work because I am in labor. ❤
Thank you sooo much for the helpful video. I did one round of the entire circuit at 38 +3 around 8:00pm and my water broke at 11:18pm. 🎉🎉 We have our healthy baby girl.
@@ChalkboardCreativeHomeschool I was feeling cramps all morning. not painful or uncomfortable. started this video, and thats when i went into active labor with increasing contractions. my prior doctors appointment was 5 days before and i was told i was 1 cm dialated,
41 weeks today. Booked in for induction on Sunday. Tried the full cycle for the first time this evening in the hopes something starts naturally. Plan to do it again tomorrow. Will update if anything happens!
This does actually work. On Monday I was 40 weeks 5 days with zero dilation and 50% phased out. I did the full hour and a half Tuesday morning. I was in labor by 1:30am Wednesday morning and had her at 6:48am. I also ate dates and had been drinking the red leaf tea, but I think this is what did the trick! So glad I found this video.
For anyone doingthe circuit. Its to help optimal positioning for engagement and once youve got that when the baby is ready to come they will come. Stay active and think positive and do good stretches to help release the tension and tightness in the hips, low back and pelvis. ❤
I was thinking this too. My baby has been very low and engaged in my pelvis for a few weeks now, I’m 41+5 and I’m starting to thinking that the miles circuit isn’t what I need to kick start things, because I’m not sure position is what is delaying my labor. I know I subconsciously delayed my labor when I realized a hurricane was come for us, and labor tried to start again, but I literally told my body stop, bc we had lost power, were displaced, and my midwife was out of town. Everything is now as it should be, and im trying to communicate safety to myself so I will go into labor.
Currently admitted in hospital on the waiting list to be induced and trying this. I’m 37 weeks today and already 4cm dilated but haven’t had any contractions/would rather go into labor naturally. Will update.
I was a little sceptical of this when I first came across it. I went into early labor a day after my due date with my first baby. After 5 days of it (I was having mild contractions with absolutely no stopping every 4-10 minutes for those 5 days). I wanted her out. I tried every other trick in the book. You read it on google, I had probably tried it- at least once. I came across this during my googling and tried it 8am on a Sunday. Didn’t seem like it made a difference, did my normal routine throughout the rest of the day. Bedtime rolled around, I did it right before bed (10/10:30 I finished it) and I went into hard labor at midnight, had baby at 4:35pm on Monday. I am fully convinced this helped get things progressing and get her into position! Thank you!
I did the first 2 positions when I thought ibwas going into labor. They were irregular but felt like very early labor. The next day I noticed that my body felt different and it felt more like labor. I did this full circuit on May 2nd around noon. I had her by 9:27 pm May 2nd. In my opinion this really works :)!
Thank you for doing this with us❤ I've seen a lot of instruction for the miles circuit elsewhere but I know I wouldn't have actually DONE IT and stayed with it if it weren't for this video
So I did this Tuesday night (not the whole thing) at 37 weeks and had contractions (mild) for 4 days straight non stop. I am going to do it again today (since the contractions slowed down) at 9:40pm (tomorrow I will be 38 weeks). This time, however, I’m doing the whole thing. I will update this post tomorrow. I don’t want to have a Christmas baby. I’m a first time mom due Christmas Eve. Update: I have given birth at 39 + 4! So exciting. Labored for 10 hours 4 hours which was active labor. And pushed in 10min. I did some of the mile circuit on an off mostly being on my side . I nipple stimulated, and walked walked walked. I did this all during my 38 weeks and beginning of my 39 weeks (2 days of it). Not sure if any of this helped but this is what I did.
@ellianaanderson5909 well I found out he is 100% engaged, that’s the reason I’ve been having a hard time walking and feeling pressure on my cervix. Good luck.
I was scheduled to be induced on 10/16 which would've been the start of my 40th week. I was adamant about going natural and letting my body do its thing. I finally made time in between all my crazy nesting (this was baby #3 for me) to do the miles circuit. I did it with #2 which was a vbac (the reason they didn't want me going past 40 weeks this time) and it worked then but took several days, plus I couldn't do the first part that great. This last time I did 25 out of the 30 minutes on the first part because that's I could take with my big self (not gestational but gained 75lbs with this pregnancy and had TERRIBLE varicose vein issues). I then laid on my left side, something I'd known all too well thanks to the vein issues. Only 15 mins into that I felt a trickle. I laid there for a minute then felt another trickle. I told my husband that I thought my water might be breaking so I got up to walk to the bathroom and the whole way there I leaked a trickling of water. I started the miles circuit at 10:30 at night, (I'm a night owl). 11:20ish my water started trickling. Around midnight is when I got my first contraction. I labor at home for as long as I can since my 2nd pregnancy, advice from one of the midwives then, to ensure I had the vbac. By 4:15 in the morning I woke my husband telling him to start getting ready to go to the hospital. I was progressing really fast, I could barely get out the door! We made it to the hospital and had to wait on the doctor to get there. I was ready to push my baby out... Back at the house my body starting having the uncontrollable desire to push. Before I could get out the door, I pushed pretty good and burst the rest of my water. From my initial trickle and over the course of 4 hrs I kept filling up a huge overnight pad and soiling my underwear and pants, did it 3 times. Anyway I gave birth to my 3rd baby, and heaviest baby being 8lbs 4oz at 6:30am on 10/12. I could've had her at we'll say 6 if I didn't have to wait on going to the hospital or then once I got there waiting on the doctor. They rolled me over from my side, baby girl was sticking out I'm sure, Dr said "give me one big push and she's out", so I pushed 1 big push and finally the relief and my precious daughter was here. Here we are 2 months later, doing amazing and the miles circuit worked wonders for me this time! But heck, 3rd times a charm as they say. Good luck! Hopefully you're getting there or have had your baby! I also need to mention I started walking a lot, moving my hips a lot and doing pelvic tilts as much as I could, and having sex as much as we could with my vein issues.
@@lovetruthgardeninghomeopath wow! Congratulations. Well the baby is 100% engaged. I am walking and moving (not as much as I would like, but with the baby engaged it’s a little difficult). Doing the circuit has help relieve the pressure which is great! I’m a first time mom and today I’m 38 +3. Doctor said it will be a quick birth. Hoping so , I’m so excited to meet him. And to also not have carpel tunnel. Thanks for your story I’m motivated to just get moving.
@@joselliott6 you're about there then mama! Rest as much as you can in between doing the tips and tricks to bring on labor, because them first few days especially are the most exhausting!! Adrenaline is pumping like crazy and life will forever be different! 💖 I sincerely wish you the best in these next few days to weeks and even coming months and years with your beautiful son and the journey of parenthood!! 🙏💙
It really worked for me 🥰 thank you 😊 I did it on 9/7/2023 and my baby came following day on 10/7/2023 was in serious labor for just 2hrs🙏 by the way my doctor had decided induction on 10/7/2023 surprisingly checked in hospital when was in real labor 😅it was natural no medication at all 💃
Went on my last checkup on a Monday and was told the baby is still high up so there’s a chance I would deliver past my due date. Once I got home, I did this exercise and did another round the next day. On Friday morning at 39w+5D, I broke my water at 10:56AM while running some errands, sudden frequent regular contractions started. Got to the hospital at 11:56AM and baby was out 12:12PM (roughly 1.5hrs of labor). I believe this really helped in positioning the baby. Other than that, I didn’t do other exercise but walking at work (Im an ICU RN and still worked that week). Also ate medjool dates and drank labor prep tea as recommended by the midwife. I drank some pineapple juice as well. Just sharing it here as I know how it feels like waiting for forever for baby to come! Thank you again for this video.
Ok no joke this works!!!! I did it at 4pm on January 14th. I had been stuck with my contractions staying 20 minutes apart for two days. Went into hospital that night at 11 with contractions 5-10 minutes apart had my baby boy 4 hours later at 3:30 am. Pushed for about 15 minutes no pain medicine or epidural.
I don’t know if this had anything to do with me having my baby but it’s totally possible! I fully did this at 37 weeks 4 days and 5 days and had my baby 2 days later at 38 weeks. During my first cervical check at hospital they remarked on how baby was in a great position! I really think it helped! I went from 7 cm dilated to baby born in 9 minutes and had an amazing experience! Thank you!
I’m starting this tonight. Been in padromal labor for two days. Stuck at 3cm with painful contractions 2 min apart for hours. I’m exhausted. Praying this works
I did this at 39 weeks exactly. The next day, I lost my mucous plug and I got mild contractions the same night. I went to hospital and the next morning I was induced at 7 45am and after 3 hours I gave birth to a beautiful baby boy. This really works you guys. Thank you so much for this video
39 + 1 today and went in for a check up with Midwife. She confirmed that baby was in OP position (causing some prodromal labor) and that I should try Miles Circuit to help baby get in a better position. I just finished this full circuit and I can already tell that baby is in better position. My husband even said that my tummy looked more round and out. I’ll keep doing this every night until I go into labor. Thank you for this!
I just want to say that this WORKS!! I did the first stretch two days in a row for 30 min and went into labor on the day of the second stretch! Annnd my labor progressed quickly. I do want to say that I had been prepping in other ways (walking, drinking raspberry leaf tea, taking evening primose oil capsules, etc) BUT this was the push I needed. Thank you so much!
Thank you! It did work for me. I had my second baby via VBAC. In the morning, i went for 40 minutes walk as well as curb walking. I had midwife brew. I did these exercise for 90 minutes. I did go for 30 minutes curb walking again. I had brunch. Did this exercise for 90 minutes as well as drink midwife brew. To stimulate my nipple i start pumping around 04:30pm . Around 04:45pm my water broke. I started bouncing on ball during contraction. Labour comb really helped me to go through contraction. We went to hospital around 06:00pm. I was 8 cm dilated. I was begging for epidural. When they gave me epidural , i was 9.5cm dilated. They gave me only one shot of epidural help me with pain. Then i start pushing around 08:30pm, baby was out by 08:45pm within 15 minutes. I was 40 week 1 day pregnant. Just posting out there if it helps other people. I was scheduled for c-section after 40 week 5 days.
Least your boy waited til then.. mine has been trying since 31weeks.. I'll be 34 weeks in a day basically and I'm doing this but mildly because my anxiety has been so bad I've had multiple panic attacks.. but I get told there's nothing wrong and they can't find anything and the amount of pain I've been in recently has been near debilitating.. but again, there's nothing they can do supposedly. My Dr hasn't even tried to recommend bed rest or nothing. I'm just hoping this actually relaxes my body and he comes healthy at 36-37wks
This legit works. For my second baby, I felt contractions around 4:00 a.m. started the circuit and progressed labor so fast that I gave birth 8:30 a.m. I had been prepping my body with prenatal yoga, red raspberry tea leaf and dates. But I really think this circuit is what made labor so short.
Hai, just to give feedback, I came across this video at 41 weeks 4 days on Sunday 2nd April,2023. U did the exercise and had contractions at night but they stopped by the time I have woke up. The next day went for a doctor's visit to discuss the way forward and we agreed on induction the next day on the 4th. However my labour began by a 2 pm that afternoon, lost my mucus plug ND laboured for 4 hours n had my baby 6 pm
I literally had to come back to comment on this video. I did this workout and got less than half of the 3rd circuit and my water broke mid exercise at 8:50pm. I was 40 weeks and 2 days and my baby girl was born at 10:21 the following morning. Thank you!!! ❤
@@samanthaaustin3037 I was at a 3 the last time I went to my appointment. I was in labor for 18 hours but my water broke so they kept me 💗✨ sending you love and a healthy delivery 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾
This worked for both my pregnancies!! Did this a weeks ago for my 2nd at around 2pm and at 5am the next day contractions started! Labour was short, pushed for 13mins, didn’t tear!🙏🏼
At 39 weeks my doc said I was completely closed up, not effaced or anything. At 39+6 I found this video and only had time to do the first circuit. Within hours I started losing mucus. Bloody show next morning before my 40 week check in. The doc checked me and I was 4.5! I was in early labor. Had baby on my due date. I really think this video pushed me along. Could be a coincidence but that's what I believe.
After two weeks of prodromal labor, I decided to try this video on my due date after my labor had stalled, once again - I only made it halfway through this video when my WATER BROKE, and my daughter was born, natural labor, 4 hours later. IT WORKS! :)
Commenting because I am 38 weeks and 4cm dilated, 70% effaced, and ob said baby was between -2 and -1 when it came to the station. Hoping this circuit will push me over the edge! I’ll keep it updated
Well, I can't believe I'm adding to the stories in the comments, but I was 40 weeks 1 day with only 2cm dilation and was told if I didn't naturally dilate any more than that, I would be induced. I was hospitalized and decided to do this exercise at late 1AM because I couldn't sleep and my contractions were painful. I did ALL of these exercises as tentatively as I could. By 3AM, my contractions were rampantly increasing and painful. The nurses found out I quickly dilate from 2cm to 6cm. I gave birth to my son at 7:31AM, same day, naturally. I have no idea if these exercises had anything to do with that but I do admit I still am in disbelief of the whole thing.
I did the exercises one night before my due date in the evening, but also walked for 4 km on the last two evenings and did pilates ball exercises from the other video. At midnight after my due date, the contractions started and I gave birth to a healthy boy. First pregnancy. I cannot say these were the only exercises I did, probably being active and walking along the whole pregnancy helped. But it doesn't harm to try. I only had difficulties with the first position, as I found it very difficult to lay down in the position even for a few minutes.
39+1 today. Just finished this circuit and had my very first long contraction in position 2! Now I'm so excited that things might kick off. Thanks for this video :)
I’m so happy I found this video again!! I’m pregnant for the third time (currently 31 weeks so will not be doing this one YET but he’s already measuring big so Imma bookmark this) BUT two years ago I was 37 weeks and started this video cause baby wasn’t quite in the perfect position… WELL two days doing this video he was!!! Gave birth to my healthy 8 lbs 7 oz chunk at 37+2 and I have this video to thank! Also only one push… he was so ready to be here haha
I followed along and fell asleep on the second position around 12 noon on april 11th. The very next morning at 6 am, my water broke, delivered at 3 pm april 12th!
So after seeing all the comments of mamas saying that these exercices induced their labor super fast, I decided to give it a try last monday at 40 weeks and 2 days pregnant. I had no signs of labour, no contractions no nothing prior to that. So on monday morning around 10 am I did the whole circuit, then redid it at 9pm on the same day. To my surprise my contractions started that night at 2h15 am and my baby was born the next day. This truly worked!
Hey ☺️ I'll do this exercise for just 14 days before my due date , coz it's already 38 week.... Due date was 10 Nov 2022 but I deliver my my baby on 4 nov 2022 I m blessed with baby boy 🙏.... My water broke at my home at 5pm on 3nov 2022 and after one hour I reached hospital but my docter says that the cervix is not open so we have to wait .. but after a long night and day I deliver my baby at 2:07pm on 4 nov 2002...Thankyou so much for helping me.... God bless you Always.... And I suggest everyone that they do this exercise twice in a day...

Hi
Im 40 weeks today and my doctor checked cervix and still not open 🙃. Does this exercise help to dilate ?
Hey I’m 37 weeks 4cm dilated will this work ?
So, this absolutely worked for me. I was 41 weeks and 4 days and I promise you my doc was pushing induction! I held through the entire circuit and 2 hours later I was in actually labor! I couldn’t believe it, I was so happy. My baby is 6 weeks now, and my man kept pushing me to comment on here and tell my story so here I am 😂❤ Best of luck to you lovely ladies.
Congratulations!! 🥳💗
I’m glad you decided to share your experience. It’s very encouraging
I'm 40 weeks and 4 days. I hope I'll be in labor in 2 hours as well🫣
@@claregoldade I'm 41 and 2days I'ma try this today blessings to you and your bundle of joy WE GOT THIS😊🙏🙌
@@momwalker2706 I hope this works for you!
Just gave me hope. Same circumstances
What a Powerful Testimony !! Thanks for sharing 🥰🙌🏽
Praise God! Thank you for sharing.
Praying for the same! Thank you for sharing! God's timing is always perfect
Thank you for saying this. I needed a reality check❤️
I definitely agree! Won't work for everyone, but also, the relaxation it provides could be just what your body needed to kickstart labor! 🤣
Same here..40+5 days.. i tried it 3 times this week. So if your body is not ready it wont go into labour unfortunately
Awwww congratulations!!!!!
I just read this comment a year later. Happy birthday to your baby girl!
I did this circuit at 39 weeks and 5 days. Give birth the next day. Admitted at 5pm and baby is out at 7:30pm. Thank you!
Good luck to all the mamas - to - be!
After 2 hours baby was in my hands
Please try it everyone!
Thank you!
How many weeks were u
This is crazy… I can’t believe I get to come back and add my comment to this now! I did this the day before my due date and went into labor that night! When early labor was not super consistent, did this again and went right from contractions every 5-8 minutes to jumping to every 2 minutes. Gave birth to a healthy, sweet baby boy!
How far along were you?
I did this the day before my due date, went into labor on my due date@@nikyahparker4509
Still no labor yet, but it helped relieve my terrible pregnancy constipation 😅 a blessed relief.
same!
I was going to write the exact same thing!
Why did you do it at 37 weeks? Seems early to push for labour
@@factcheckingyourmum im 37 weeks and the drs told me i can do it because your body isn’t gonna go into labor unless the baby is ready anyways
Im doing this starting at 37 weeks with no dilation so i’ll keep you up to date:)
37w + 1D: Day 1: I got a tad but crampy, my lightning crotch increased!
I’ll update when my next dr appointment comes
39W & 4D: I ended up still being only 1cm.
I was 38 weeks 4 days. I did this and walked a mile and a half afterwards and went into labor that same night. THANK YOU 😍❤️
I had false labour pains for 2 days after a membrane sweep and nothing was progressing.
Thank you for this video!
same thing happened to me on sunday!
Bout to do this now!
I’m 40 weeks today. I did 2 if 3 circuits off and in through out the pass few days. I’ll be sure to do them all now then again later tonight. I’d rather have my baby naturally than be induced. We shall see.
@@KayRob9116 I can understand your desire to avoid induction. I will pray for you and for a good labor and delivery.
This worked for me on first attempt!! 39w 6days 1cm dilated , did this at 10pm , contractions started at 3am and had my son 11 this afternoon . 💚🙏🏼
I'm happy you had success and wishing you the best with new baby :) I am wishing to meet my wee one very soon, too!
When did you end up delivering
I was exactly 42weeks & induced 😭 the hospital didn't even want to keep me at 42 weeks so I was really hoping the circuit would of worked. And this was my 4th kid!!! Pure insanity.
I am doing it for 8th time today and I am 40+2 already.... Really scared it won't work for me too... There are some signs. My mucus plug are comming in pieces the last few days. The contractions getting harder every day but still not painfull, and I have the purple line on my butt cheecks...
@@viktoriatsoneva6900 did it end up working for you? 😅

THANK YOU🤍
Thabk you for the update :)
Forgot to say.. THANK YOU for putting this together!
hope I get the same luck! I am also 40+3 days pregnant, did it in the morning. & I’ve walked about 1.5 miles so far...going to keep walking! no contractions yet ): I’ll probably do the circuit once more in the evening if nothing happens.
@@dianamg9640 did it work for you?
Came back to this video to say I’ve done the entire thing yesterday afternoon at 37+5w and this morning my mucus plug came out, then seconds later my water broke! 😊 baby boy is coming!
Omg I thought doing this at 37 weeks was bad lol bc all I’ve been seeing is 38 39 moms saying it works
@@gisell1456 I think 37 weeks is considerate full term and it won’t be categorized as pre term so I assume some moms will start doing it at 37 to help the baby come at a decent time. I know a lot of women I know had to be induced due to baby not coming fast enough.
I’m 37+2w I hoping my son can come next week !!
@@gjxz8790 how did it go

Interesting so many only did it once before having baby! With each of mine I’ve had to do it daily sometimes for multiple weeks to help baby get into ready position but it has gotten them unstuck and able to engage, so if it doesn’t work the first time, stick with it!
I was 3 days past due date feb 8th and I did this mile circuit daily after my due date. My water broke on midnight Feb 11th. I was so happy and got delivered on 12th with a beautiful baby girl. Thank you so much for this video. It definitely worked 🎉for me. Love ❤ wish I had found this video little earlier.

This saved me from getting induced a day before, came back here after 7 months of having my little one. Labor was short. Thank you
Ok so I think this actually may have worked for me!
Was this your first pregnancy’s?
Thank you for taking the time to do this step by step process!! I just finished with you and felt so much better knowing I was doing it right along with you instead of at my own time wondering if I’m doing it right.
Did it work?
How did it go?
I'm also 40weeks and 3days today hope this work for me
I did this and went into labour a few hours later at 40w 3 days. A quick, smooth labour and baby was in an optimal position 🎉
Hello I came back to share my experience
It's really work for me 😁👍🏻
I did it once in 38+5 and next day I gave birth my little one in 2 pushes (9 hour the entire labor ,started with losing the mucus plug ,the contractions started alongside after)
Thanks alot
So this Absolutely worked for me, I was 41 weeks and 3 days.. I did this circuit at 4:30pm and then I delivered at 9 am in the next morning.. It worked guys.. no induction or medication was used.. reached the hospital at 9 cm.. thank you for this videos
I didn’t think it will work for me but it did. Thank you so much
Thank you for this!
Did you give birth at 39+4? :)
@@matteahankins9194 Pains started at 39 + 4 th night and gave birth the next day😊 after 22hrs of labor
I did this the night before my due date and went into labour 3 hours later. It was a beautiful experience and the delivery went very smoothly.
Thank you, i was 39 weeks 2 days. Tried this Thursday evening, went into labor Friday afternoon and delivered within 2 hours
Thank you sooo much for the helpful video. I did one round of the entire circuit at 38 +3 around 8:00pm and my water broke at 11:18pm. 🎉🎉 We have our healthy baby girl.
How dilated and effaced were you when you did this
I was able to complete 2/3 positions before going into active labor. Gave birth 4 hours after doing this. Amazing experience as a first time mom.

41 weeks today. Booked in for induction on Sunday. Tried the full cycle for the first time this evening in the hopes something starts naturally. Plan to do it again tomorrow. Will update if anything happens!
Wondering if this ended up working for you?
This does actually work. On Monday I was 40 weeks 5 days with zero dilation and 50% phased out. I did the full hour and a half Tuesday morning. I was in labor by 1:30am Wednesday morning and had her at 6:48am. I also ate dates and had been drinking the red leaf tea, but I think this is what did the trick! So glad I found this video.
I did this at 4pm at 38 weeks. Contractions started at 6pm and baby was born at 9:13pm! Thank you for this video! Enjoyed doing it with you.
I’m hoping this works for me. I’m 39wks now. I’m ready to see baby boy.
37 weeks tomorrow..Lost my mucus plug last night and had 7 hours of contractions but then they went away..I’m going to give this a shot ♥️🤞🏼
How did it go?
Did it work?
No, didn't have time to try it again. I ended up with a section the next day.

A friend recommeded me this video and I did it. I was 36 +2 weeks and today our baby boy has arrived a bit early but he is healthy. This work ❤
Least your boy waited til then.. mine has been trying since 31weeks..
I'm also dilated to 1cm already.. but I think I'm more then that honestly (male Dr with fat hand if that explains anything)
This worked! I did it the evening of 11/21, one day before my due date. My water broke at 4:30 am and I had my baby girl 11/22!
at what week you tried it??
Hai, just to give feedback, I came across this video at 41 weeks 4 days on Sunday 2nd April,2023. U did the exercise and had contractions at night but they stopped by the time I have woke up. The next day went for a doctor's visit to discuss the way forward and we agreed on induction the next day on the 4th. However my labour began by a 2 pm that afternoon, lost my mucus plug ND laboured for 4 hours n had my baby 6 pm

Definitely worked for me! I done this with both pregnancy’s and went into Labour after 24 & 48hrs. Only done once. So would deffo say to give it a try
After two weeks of prodromal labor, I decided to try this video on my due date after my labor had stalled, once again - I only made it halfway through this video when my WATER BROKE, and my daughter was born, natural labor, 4 hours later. IT WORKS! :)

It didn’t work 😢 but I did get more contractions at night than usual but they fizzed out
@@meganwalker3570 what kick started labour for you? I'm having false labour too for days. I'm doubtful this miles circuit will work
Well, I can't believe I'm adding to the stories in the comments, but I was 40 weeks 1 day with only 2cm dilation and was told if I didn't naturally dilate any more than that, I would be induced.
39 weeks 3 days here. I'm on position 1. 2cm during check today. Did you have any progress?
I’m so happy I found this video again!! I’m pregnant for the third time (currently 31 weeks so will not be doing this one YET but he’s already measuring big so Imma bookmark this)
BUT two years ago I was 37 weeks and started this video cause baby wasn’t quite in the perfect position… WELL two days doing this video he was!!!
🤍🤍 Congratulations!!
