  • We each have trillions of microbes within us and science has only recently started revealing their key role in our health.
    Let's touch on the latest findings when it comes to these tiny residents, their roles and impact on our wellbeing and how we may be able to change them through simple lifestyle choices in our favour with the hope of preventing the onset of both physical and mental health conditions.
    These microbes produce thousands of chemicals which are absorbed into our blood and have local and systemic effects. Some of these by-products are suggested by some studies to contribute to limiting the inflammation we have in our bodies. But how we can encourage our gut microbiota to do this for us?
