Very insightful video, I really like what you said about holding yourself to the same standards as you hold others. “Accomodate growth, not interest”
It’s funny if someone I know says this to my face I’d probably get defensive and not be very receptive, but when a stranger on yt says I just go “damn he got me good I do most of these”

I am constantly focused on building a more masculine character (because i've been treated like a beta Fe inferior anxious shit through my early teenage years) to the point where I ruminate heavily on the smallest incidents of the day, how I should have behaved to fit the description of the figure I want to be, and catalog my attitudes about those incidents as mistakes. My impression I have of my role in the hierarchy diminishes every time I make one of these little mistakes.
I consider myself very intelligent but misunderstood, despite the fact that I haven't achieved certain results that many of my peers have achieved, despite not following the path that many around me follow. For this I can be considered stupid and intellectually unreliable by many people, and I keep telling myself that I'm doing well to follow my path, despite the fact that I live my life always close to failure, because really nothing that I let me have better conditions stimulates me, and in a childish way I keep procrastinating on what I should do to improve my situation.
Fe inferior has become, for me, a burden and a nail that irritates my brain. Avoid conflict but don't do choices with more pros than cons, it gets on my nerves to the point where I can get really hostile and aloof, sometimes reacting aggressively. I'm only 19, and i was isolated throughout my adolescence. I haven't really increased my extraverted functions, and I still don't feel the urge to do so. I've gotten used to my introverted zone, enduring loneliness to the point where I no longer even feel the sense of loneliness itself. And that's why I don't feel the urge to come out of my shell.
I am sure that one day the necessary beating will come.

1.All you have to do is rediscover yourself, all behavior is learnt through repetition, so there was a point in your life when it started.Accept the way you are right now,if you don't like it then take steps to change it, and there's is a universal way of doing it right!!
These two youtube channels, "jullianhimself" and " Ed Mylett" helped me more than anything bc they helped me build that foundation first. I used to not love myself and had a negative relationship with myself and it was transparent with every aspect of my life, including my social.Rediscover yourself, and if you only use these two as a guide to finding who you really are and what you really beleive you WILL change the perspective you have of yourself and your life.

There's so much I relate to here. But I'm much older, and when I was your age I was blind to all of this stuff. I'm doing OK now, still struggling with a lot but mellower. I hope typology and introspection leads you to a good life.

@@RoseMarieMullins Oh ok gotcha gotcha. Simply put, complain when things aren’t going in a positive way. Never be afraid of expressing your needs, emotions, problems & desires. But do it in a respectful way. Do it respectfully by using your feminine intuition to guide a man’s decision making. Allow him to use your intuition to come up with a plan so that he can execute it (This will make him feel masculine). If you feel as if he’s making dumb decisions, complain and guide his decisions. However, he may reveal his reasoning behind his stupidity that could challenge your own understand of the situation, so you’ll have to have good communication & understanding of your partner.
In order to do this in a relationship, #1. You need to make sure you’re in a relationship with a man that loves you enough to share his time, attention, & resources with you. #2. Make sure he gives his devotion to you so that you feel safe. #3. Make sure he isn’t projecting a masculine frame onto you. Because this will set you up for failure by putting unreal expectations on you. He should allow you to be emotionally driven because it’s his job to be decision focused (Cuz women’s estrogen makes them aware of their emotions, while men’s Alexithymia allows them to focus on their decision making. Atleast if they aren’t making expedient decisions).
      Overall,
      1. listen listen listen to your man
      2. Carefully consider what he is saying
      3. Give feedback on what you just heard him tell you
      4. Give graditude, EVEN when you don’t feel like it
That’s the simplified playbook. Hopes this helps :)
