Thank you very much for your videos. The documentation from Bernina is terrible and I have learned a ton from you and your lessons. For a lady who has survived brain tumors and can't always add two and two together it's nice to be able to log in here and watch you as many times as necessary to make something work right!
Thank you for the tip on how to line up the “hook” to re-insert after oiling. I struggle with this every time and just found your video and could not believe how easy you made it. Thank you!
Jeff, I think I’m going to start looking for houses in Colorado! I would love to hang with you guys. Until then, I am really grateful for TH-cam and your channel. You have saved the day again!
Thanks to TH-cam. Brand new out of the box machine and the first thing I did was get the bobbin case stuck and feared I was gonna have to take it to a dealer for repair.
Thank you for sharing your knowledge, Jeff! You just got me out of a jam-a jammed bobbin! Thank you thank you thank you! I live in the mountains and the nearest Bernina dealer is a good hour away. You saved me time and trouble! If you were here, I’d give you a bear hug from Bear Valley Springs!
Than you thank you thank you. I live in Lahore, Pakistan and there are no Bernina dealers here. Last time when the bobbin case got stuck in the hook, I had to send it to Dubai to get it out, took a month. At that time this video was not posted yet, I was afraid to pry it out with force, but when I did the maneuver you showed in this video the bobbin case un hinged itself in a few seconds. Many thanks again. Huge sigh of massive relief.
Thank you so much from the Netherlands! I just had this problem with my 770QE and your tutorial has been such a great help. Instead of wasting time driving up to the dealer, I can now put pedal to the metal on my Bernina! 🙋🏼♀️🌷🌷🌷🇳🇱

Your videos are priceless to me. Please keep doing them.
Oh my goodness. Thanks. This truly did the trick. Love it. Loved the extra tip for inserting the bobbin holder. I will do as you suggested a little bit if oil. You just saved the day so I can finish my skirt.
Thank you, thank you! I was embroidering on my 590 and the bobbin error message kept coming up. I took all the regular steps and then I heard it spinning, the needle bent and the bobbin case was stuck in the hook! Your tip worked. Thank you again.
Found this on New Year’s Eve. My supportive shop is closed. This may have saved me a $215 service call! Thank you for posting a clear, illustrative, informative procedure for unsticking the bobbin!

I bought my 770QE recently and of course with the pandemic, I wasn’t able to have training at the dealership, so your videos have helped me a lot. Thank you again.
Hi Jeff, I have a theory that these sometimes get stuck because the user puts it in while pressing down on the latch with their finger. It’s easy to do if you aren’t looking. We tell customers to be sure to push in the bobbin in the center (I even find it helps to use my left hand).
Thank you sooo much for this information. I got my bobbin unstuck and everything is working properly. I did find that there was thread fluff packed into the holes under the bobbin, on both sides of the of the case. It took me about one hour to dig out all of the fluff from both holes. Mostly I used the long tiny pointed tweezers that I had bought from you.
Oh my goodnes! Thank you so much! I just bought my 770 Plus. I have not had trouble w/ my bobbin getting stuck (but now I know what to do if it does.) I have had a doozie of a time getting the silver piece back in correctly after oiling the machine though. I really appreciate you demonstrating your trick to get it back in more easily. Whew! Thanks again.
