I had this same problem. Fixed in the same way. The oiler too fixed with a bit of fine wire. Thanks Jeff for this, so I'm not the only twit after all.

My oiler plugged....i simply cut it a half inch down. Works again

Thank you for all the information that you share. I have a Bernina 770 plus that I purchased before leaving Michigan. I was not able to have any instruction on this machine and I am a Babylock user usually. I had no difficulty with using the Bernina mostly because of your videos. If I encountered an issue, you had an easy to find solution. I appreciate you!

Thank you so much for teaching me how to insert the bobbin easily! Also, in a previous video you showed that you could open up the bobbin door by an I've been struggling by trying to get it open with my right hand on the right side!

Do you have any advice regarding error #1308 on the Bernina 990? It is an issue with the automatic threader.

I followed your video up to the calibration point. I put my hoop on and it gave me a picture with a read x and arrows to take it off. I have put it on and off several times and the machine is not recognizing the hoop.

My 770 QE will not recognize my walking foot. I have taken it off and put it back on a few times. I don't know what to do.

Any tips for winding a bobbin using a cross wound spool on a spool holder. I can't seem to get the bobbins to wind evenly on my B570 although it worked fine in the shop when I tried it using the attached horizontal spool pin.

PS: I'm planning to buy your yellow cap oiler and also need a new cover for the bobbin. Somehow one of mine went missing and now I have to keep switching my remaining one every time I switch from sewing to embroidering. Do you have those? I'm not sure what it's called so I'm having trouble finding it on your site.

Thank you so much for all u do. I just had this happen to me. My machine came back from being serviced by my dealer, I sewed about 6 inches and the screw fell out (the dual foot was still kind of together). I stopped right away and called my dealer and they said to put the screw back in (I also was told to go to their website and follow their pictured instructions on how to put it back together. That's it! I was disappointed in the service and now I am not sure if the dual transport is working correctly. What is your advice (I would love to bring my machine to you but it's a little bit too far away from Germany 😂.

I use needle up and and pull bobbin thread up and then it works
