I believe the recipes for some of them are a little outdated already, apparently they don't use random dye plants anymore from what I know.

Why does calamity make such significant changes in the span of months?
One thing you didn't mention was that the celestial onion actually does not work in master mode, meaning you cannot go past 7 accessory slots.
The information is there, on the item when I show it in my inventory. It's also just something that will stick out very clearly to anyone who gets the item so I figured I didn't need to actually mention it. This has been commented before though so I'll make note of it in the future and try to be more thorough.

@@yharonmybeloved5798 I agree, doubt it'd be broken but what do I know lmao feel like with all the cool accessories in Calamity they could've added more slots. Maybe split them into defensive only and offensive only slots with a side of utility only like wings/boots. That way you can't just stack all defense or all offense and brainlessly blast through
I'm hoping that the next big update for Calamity (ontop of adding more whips) adds some more Shimmer based buff items, Imagine what the Dragonfruit would become if you dipped it into the Shimmer, or what the Rage and Adrenaline buffing items would do.

The music is slightly louder than my previous videos, I was testing it out to see how it sounded. It didn't feel like it drowned out my voice at all to me so I went with it

Good luck with the school Swyte... just know that the free time goes down even more with full time work. Although it changes from person to person; I only worked 15 hrs/wk in undergrad and "20" hrs/wk in grad school.

I always assumed that the adrenaline damage reduction thing was while it was active, since it'd incentivate you to take a bigger risk to get more hits into the boss, so it would boost your damage and DR so you don't get low by trying to make good use of it

Are slightly older guides really that out of date? I've seen videos from 7-10 months ago that aren't that many versions behind the current Calamity version, I imagine it can't be too different. Regardless, I'll consider it
To get the comet shard i was told i had to crash a nova into astral ore it didn't drop and now im here wondering why i didn't check the recipe browser
Lol yeah, there's been a lot of questions about how to obtain some of these items because of misinformation from the Calamity Fandom Wiki. I'm not sure if the community addon mods actually change how the stuff works but it basically still amounts to misinfo because of how the Fandom Wiki takes priority over the official wiki on search engines

A few corrections (Some people might consider these nit picks but I don't care lol):
- The life fruit items no longer require the dye materials in their crafting recipes as of the latest update.
- Although you corrected this by posting a screenshot on screen, you said that when getting hit your adrenaline will cause you to only take half damage, however you didn't directly mention that it had to actually be completely full in order to do that.
- You called the astral meteor and vanilla meteors "Pink" even though neither of them are pink and are instead either blue/orange or brown.
- Forgot to mention that the cestial onion doesn't work in master mode"
The life fruit and mana buff item recipe changes are being addressed in a follow up video that's going up tomorrow morning. Good call on the adrenaline reset, what I said does conflict slightly even with the information I showed on screen, probably the one blatant slip up in the video. As for the Celestial Onion, the information is on the item is shown in the video. It may not have been highlighted, and I didn't put it in my script, but I didn't forget to include it. As for the color of the meteor, I use monitors with a very high night light setting at all times because the blue light hurts my eyes, because of the heavy saturation the color of the astral meteor appears more pink to me, and because I see pink I say pink.

I don't think there's any restrictions around the items, they're at least not clearly written out on the wiki, so I'm not sure.

when i used the permanent health buffs my hearts are still the same yellow when you use a life fruit any idea how to fix or change it???
Fancy and bar healthbars aren't supported. They only change colour if healthbars are set to classic

Melee guide? That might take a while, I could work on making on in the future perhaps
-Get Enchanted Sword as soon as you can
-With Enchanted Sword, explore the world until you get a good weapon like the Ashen Stalactite in the Underworld or that flair also from the Underworld
-Get the Fractured Ark (and absolutely destroy WoF with it)
-Get the repaired Biome Blade
-True Night's Edge and True Excalibur might be worth a while
-Craft the Ark of the Ancients as soon as you defeat Plantera
-After Plantera all the weapons are pretty sh*t, so I recommend grinding for a while and getting Vampire Knives which are surprisingly good (although not melee)
-After Moonlord you should race to the first better weapon you can get, for example Daybreak (/ Solar Eruption), Ark of the Elements or spend some extra time and get the True Biome Blade. If you are playing with the Catalyst add-on, you HAVE TO get the Scythe of the Abandoned God, it destroys everything in its way
-Ark of the Elements should be able to carry you all the way to DoG, it's just not enough to defeat him. So, your best bet is stuff like Terror Blade and Banshee Hook. Then after DoG there's another moment where literally everything is sh*t. So again your best friend is the Vampire Knives (its upgrade), but Galaxia might do.
-After Yharon you can make the Zenith (or Ark of the Cosmos), and honestly it's a race to...
-Exoblade, this thing can easily defeat SCal

That's because literally every melee weapon at this point of the game is just trash, Ashen Stalactite is the only weapon I'm willing to use for Skeletron
