    Hey Guys!
Today I show you all how we wire up our aftermarket av stereos (or any other screen) to any pre-existing Japanese or OEM reverse or parking cameras.
The process involves testing the wires, soldering on an RCA lead and a power supply that puts out the right voltage for the camera.
Choose to be Happy & I will catch you next time.

@ This by far has been the BEST "explanation and how to", to install my Android radio to my OEM camera in a Toyota Voxy. I learned alot and with days of trial and error and many youtube videos, I was able to get it right and completed in less than an hour with this one. Thanks Car Audio etc.

Great video. I've been struggling for weeks trying to find out how to do this with my Japanese import. Copying what you have done here and now I have my reverse camera working. Thanks very much from rainy devon. England. 🙂

If you could please make that video of what all the wires are and what they do. That could be extremely helpful. I know most of the wires. Speakers power etc. but not all. Especially steering wheel controls. Thanks bro!!!

    CAMERA ADAPT
    CAMERA SH
    CAMERA V
    CAMERA GRD
    VCC GRD
    CAMERA VCC
I got these for the OEM wiring diagram for a 2nd Gen Acura TSX backup camera. I hooked up everything except "adapt" and "sh" and ran though the voltages on the regulator and it never turned on. Anyone able to help with this?

Anybody has any idea how to wire a 12v camera to the traditional Japanese head unit set with that 4-pin reverse camera input?

Does anyone know what voltage the original rear camera of the 2019 tacoma works with?
I also need to know the function by cable colors for it’s original harness.
    Thank you

Have you encounter Japanese car Toyota estima acr30 2005 with front and back camera connector to in one socket(10 pin video and communications). 4 pins has voltage ( 3 x 2.2v and 1x 4.5v) when not plug in. If plug in only 1x 0.9v which previously is 4.5v. Are these corresponding to 3way front camera and 1x backup camera?

I have a Subaru Levorg GTS 2.0 and want to put LEDs in the foot wells. I have the LEDs but want to know if you can make a vid on how to find and wire up to have the LEDs come on with the door switch. How would you find and wire up the lights.

Hey dude, the wife's 4th gen BP outback has a factory camera, but just the factory stereo. If I switch to an aftermarket h/u, how do I find which wire's which on the camera plug without it being plugged in??

I feel like I explained how to do this in the video.
(test for the power supply with a multi meter, test for the signal wire by gently shorting it to ground an making the image flicker etc).

    • @caraudioetc

Understandable, but if the videos were short, I wouldn't be able to actually explain how to do it, which is kind of the point of a 'How To'.
My videos being long actually sheds light on how much time and knowledge actually goes into doing car audio right I think.
better than, "Ok now im going to put a stereo in... ...DONE".
Im here to teach, not show off.
